The hotel is ultra modern with a lovely private beach located in a park surrounding and Montazza Palace. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the popular corniche promenade

Καλό I booked a sea view room and payed for it upon arrival I found my room view to be srounded by trees, could not see the sea. I requested a different room twice but was told will let you know if any other rooms became available.

We stayed at both Nariman and King Fouad, each one has advantages, Nariman rooms are larger, newer, its closer to the Montazah gate, King Fouad is more classic, smaller but rooms are closer to the beach you feel sitting inside the sea in the balcony. They have water sports there and are closer to the beach club!
