Nice and clean room. Highly recommend!

Very nice convenient location inside a small mall with great, well-loved Cantonese restaurant Taotao Ju on the first floor easily accessible from hotel. Although it’s inside the mall, it is not loud. There was renovation going on during my stay but it did not disrupt my sleep. The amenities in this hotel are kind of unmatched, and I’ve stayed at many different hotels during my travels. The very useful and thoughtful but not common amenities included with your stay: bug spray, sleeping eyemask (warming), ear plugs, and umbrella in each room, and even self-service laundry machines. Lobby staff including check-in desk was not very conversant in English, but it was adequate to get by with some effort. Overall, this is a high value hotel at a pretty central location and it offers very useful amenities. Their gym also has a steam room/sauna and locker room/showers inside their separated gender restrooms.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is pretty new all the amenities that a traveler can need are available. And the staff is excellent. I will return to this hotel in my next trip to Guangzhou

Our room was very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially liked that there were several great restaurants located right below the hotel, making it very convenient to dine nearby. The hotel is also very close to the metro station, which made getting around easy. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Guangzhou.

Housekeeping staff very polite and friendly, clean room, shops nearby. Room had slight musky sewer smell though.

overall not bad for the price. but the room was a bit worned out. cigarette holes on the sofa. the interior rooms looks into the mall/restaurant. convenient location. definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. feels more like a 3.5 or 4 max.

I stayed here for the Guangzhou Fair. This hotel offers all the essential amenities and services without any unnecessary extras. If your airline loses your luggage, this is the ideal place to stay. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped, featuring everything from makeup mirrors to phone chargers. I had the pleasure of staying in two rooms, and the suite was definitely worth the upgrade. There was a minor moisture issue indicated by a dehumidifier in the suite, but it was nothing significant. On the ground level, there are retail options for any clothing or accessory needs, making it convenient if you're not keen on traveling elsewhere. The staff is courteous, professional, and attentive to your needs. The breakfast buffet includes traditional Chinese favorites alongside European and American offerings. The chefs were eager to assist me in exploring the delicious Chinese cuisine. To top it off, I received a thoughtful gift upon my departure! This hotel deserves a solid five stars.
