This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff! It was an easy check in and staff's customer service sets the bar high! They're very attentive when you need something. For example, whenever I'd ask for water refill, they will have a staff bring it in as soon as I get to my room. Security deposit is 3000 php which isn't too bad, but just to keep in mind when you want to spend there :P The breakfast is around 500 php per day, but luckily we wanted to try the street/authentic foods outside! The joy of being in a different country is trying their own dishes! The room itself was spotless and cozy, everything is working. Especially the AC, after a day under the sun, AC and the shower is your best friend! The only downside I'd say was there were baby moths in the room upon check in, but I was able to get rid of them after the third day, when they were within my reach LOL! I know bugs are not in anyone's control, but I'm just assuming they must've snuck in when the window was open at one point before my check in. The gym has AC and it's understandable that it's quite tiny (two treadmill, two benches and enough dumbells) since not a lot of people work out then. At least when I went, there was only one other person. The pool is outdoors which is so nice because you get to see the view! The water is warm but refreshingly warm. I would recommend, 10/10 for sure and will be booking it next time!

Food is good . Clean , lots of water , staff good amenities good , if you need something . They come to you right away . I just noticed the tub — is too high for me .

The staff seems courteous, room is totally clean and the corner of building are all good…but the major problem is the internet( this is essential to all aspects of our daily life in general.

Very helpful staff. Always with a smile, courteous and friendly greeting. We feel that we belong and makes sure that our needs are accommodated. Rooms are maintained and cleaned. We surely will return if ever we are in the area. Thanks to all the kind staff and appreciate all that you do.

Staff esp receptionists are courteous and helpful. Daily housekeeping is nice but sometimes they forgot to clean the glasses, replace stuff needed. We wish the whole area is conditioned coz lobby and elevators are not. The hotel is only a year old and maybe more upgrade on the way

Staff are polite and helpful but I think management does not provide enough utilities to use I. E housekeeping the guy hard a hard time looking for ironing board and iron , no anti slip on tube until requested, they do not vacuum to clean rooms
