Staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything at anytime. The property was very clean as well as the room. The A/C worked wonders keeping the room nice and cool.

The room was clean but it was missing a few things to make this a 5 star review. For example, it should have a tv , microwave and extra space to move around. When showering there is no shower curtain or door to stop the floors from overflowing of water. The bed was a bit old so the mattress did feel worn out by a lot and so did the pillows. AC worked well. Overall the area is safe.

Loved it here, it was very hot when I attended but it was very beautiful and scenic. There’s so much to do and eat in this area as well. The hotel staff was amazing and nice. My favorite part of the hotel was my room with the view of course, the stargazing they provide here and the pool!

The rooms are unique and fun to stay in for a night or two. I'd recommend booking one of the larger units, as the smaller rooms appear like they could feel cramped. The views from the bed and private patio are excellent, and the overall design of the property is impressive. Unfortunately, the hotel is not yet firing on all cylinders. We checked in on a Saturday and weren't able to access our room until 5:00 PM. Many other guests appeared to be experiencing the same issue. As a result, we missed out on using the pool, which was one of the amenities we were most looking forward to. The property also seems significantly understaffed. At times, a single employee was responsible for the front desk, bar, and restaurant service. The room was mostly clean, although there was still hair in the shower when we arrived. The bathroom design also has some flaws. The shower glass is too short, allowing water to spray across the floor, and inadequate ventilation appears to be causing the shower ceiling paint to peel already. RESET is probably the best hotel option in Twentynine Palms unless you're interested in renting a house. That said, I found the room rate difficult to justify given the current level of service and execution. The property has tremendous potential, but management needs to invest more in staffing and operations to deliver the experience the design promises. I genuinely hope they work through these issues.

Beautiful property. It was amazing to get away from LA. Towels at the pool are not readily available as they have limited amount. Many people were without towels.

Amazing getaway. So peaceful. Pool was fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Nice room, great location.

Reset was a true reset for us traveling from East Texas. The staff was so accommodating. The room was so clean, and we left feeling relaxed.

The hotel was a nice and unique way to spend a night. We had spent the afternoon in Joshua Tree and found the clean room and pool to be the perfect way to recover from a fun day. The A/C kept the room cool so we could get a good rest. We will stay again when we visit the area again.

I saw this hotel all over social media and was really excited to stay at RESET. We arrive at check in time and was told that we could not go to our room yet, I confirmed and ask if check in time was at 3:00 pm. The front desk agreed and stated no apology at all just that they were fully booked last night. Eventually we got told we could go to our room around 3:45pm. I’m very understanding but the lack of apology or offering us a refreshment as we wait was upsetting. We check into our room then head over to the pool. There were no towels available for us at the pool. We talked to the front desk again and they stated they had no more towels for us and we had to wait for the towels to dry. That’s fine, but we waited over an hour and no one cared to find us to give us a towel or put any more towels out. At this point we never got pool towels and just left the pool. Additionally, there were dirty cups everywhere at the pool. One of us needed an iron or steamer for our dress shirt. We walked over to the front desk and asked if they had an iron or steamer. They said only the cleaning staff had it but they were on their break. The lady working the front desk stated she would go get it and come drop it off at our room. She never came. We went back to ask again and a different staff member was helpful and brought it to us. I never leave reviews but this was one of the worst stays in a while. All the staff was extremely nice except this one specific lady, I wish I got her name.
