The location was great. We could walk anywhere. Delicious breakfast. I would stay again.

Fantastic location at the foot of the Charles Bridge! Our apartment was fully stocked and super clean. Staff was so helpful and friendly. The full breakfast buffet was varied and well stocked ketchup hot and cold selections. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with excellent service. Continental breakfast did not disappoint us. It was walking distance to the famous charts bridge. Didn’t realize it has such a beautiful history behind it. we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The air conditioning in the apartment we rented did not work correctly, the temperature only dropped 1.5 degrees Celsius in 2and a half days, we complained and were told there is nothing wrong with it and we had no options. They brushed off our concerns and made no effort to repair it

Amazing quite room and great location

Location was fabulous. Right next to the Charles Bridge. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The room is small but historic and the a/c was adequate but it was a record heat wave so have to take that into consideration. I would definitely stay here again of I make it back to Prague.

The place is nice and clean😀

A beautiful hotel in the absolute best setting. It's at the very end of The Charles Bridge, so could not be in a better location. We were in room 31 which has dual aspect windows overlooking the bridge and the front of the hotel. The ceiling of our room was beamed, and beautifully painted historically with fruit and flowers. We had a huge bedroom, bathroom, and an entrance area with large wardrobe, writing desk and a bureau (this was pretty but a chest of drawers for clothes would have been handier). The room was air-conditioned, which was one of those units that goes through the window. The hotel was beautifully maintained, with pretty window boxes. There is no lift and it was about 50 steps to our room, but it wasn't a problem at all for us. The staff are happy to help with luggage. The breakfast was great. We didn't eat other meals at the hotel as we were out and about, but I'm sure they were good. The staff were friendly.
