I get policies but it was a simple booking error. I booked for the same day which I was unable to attend as I was literally several states away. I booked the reservation after 4 pm. I apologized. The hotel wouldn’t do anything to help. Not even rebooking to the correct day so business wouldn’t have been lost. Instead I’m out almost $300. Mistakes happen in life, it was an obvious mistake given the time I booked the reservation. Sadly I won’t ever set foot in this establishment because they couldn’t be willing to budge.

Έμεινα με την οικογένεια · Για φίλους και οικογένεια

Room and location were both great. The morning of our departure we went down for breakfast at six and there was no coffee. I asked the front desk because there was another gentleman and I waiting if we could get a cup of coffee, he told me I could walk to the local Starbucks, which I thought was very rude for being a casino hotel you would think they’d have coffee 24 hours other than the staff the place was in a good location and very clean. Check in staff was great.
