Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel/appartement. Grosse période de canicule à Paris et ils ne soucis pas de la santé de leur client. Aucun ventilateur efficace à part deux petit ventilateurs au plafond qui ne servent à rien. Il faisait presque de 40 degrés dans l’appartement. Aucune réception donc services à la clientèle zéro. Nous avons tenté à de multiples reprises d’appeler ou de laisser des messages mais aucune réponse ou réponse très tardive à une reprise. J’ai fini avec un coup de chaleur…

I didn't like that there was no reception, but rather a self - check-in system, which i wasn't warned about. To get in, you need to know a bunch of individual door codes, which you have to receive by email. Older people have a hard time with new technologies. I had a problem with email : there wasn't any information about this, and I was very stressed because I couldn't get into the hotel or my room. But the your customer support helped me, and everything worked out. I liked the room itself. It's comfortable and clean, and there's even a kitchen with everything you need But it's hot and stuffy in the room and also very hot in the corridor and the elevator.

Property conveniently located amongst city centre, attractions, and train stations. Shope and restaurants close by (note they charge tourist prices much higher) No air conditioning, place was not clean when we got it in, dirty floor and bathroom. Virtual concierge not ideal if you needed to deal with something right away. You just did it yourself.

I can only say that I DO NOT recommend it. There are no signs around the area. It was difficult to find, especially at first time. As soon as you enter, the lobby has a very unpleasant smell mould and urine. There's no air conditioning in the room, and the fan didn't help, so I just opened the window. Otherwise, I could get heatstroke. In the early mornings, there was roadwork going on right outside the window, accompanied by beeping and loud conversations... he bathroom sink was clogged because it filled with water within seconds of use, making it unusable. I used the kitchen sink. There were only two tea bags left...but no cups, so I drank tea from a glass. Good location not worth the price.

The hotel is closely located to most of Paris’ iconic monuments, it’s easy to get around and close to public transport. The neighbourhood is close to bakeries, restaurants and shops. However the hotel itself is in rough condition. The bedsheets had stains on them. The towels were so old you couldn’t tell if it was just old or really dirty. The building smells horrible, a putrid smell in the hallways. It’s really unfortunate as the property has so much potential, but it is very overpriced and very unclean. I do not mean to be unkind but it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
