My family and friends really had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Park. In fact, this was the best accommodation we have stayed so far! The cottage was very tidy and spacious with complete kitchen appliance and cutlery. Andrew was also very nice and accommodating. We even had a quick tour at the farm, picked some fruits, and the kids also enjoyed the animals. Unfortunately, we were not able to take a dip at the pool since the water was freezing cold. Nevertheless, we still had an awesome time! Thank you, Andrew and Magnolia Park! :)

Υπέροχα Our room was clean and comfortable, though the walls are papert hin and we could hear everything from the accommodation next door. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty.

Our grandson would have liked to use the pool but unfortunately it wasn't clean.

Huge, partial house that included two free washer/dryers! A bit out of the way, but super quiet and convenient by car to both Hamilton and the Hobbiton movie set. Be sure to get entry code for gate in advance.

This place is really bad. First, it is extremely difficult to find with very poor instructions on how to find and enter. We had to call for the gate code and the person gave us the wrong code twice. The garden is completely over grown and nothing to look at. The entry door goes directly into the bedroom and is full length clear glass with no curtains. Anyone can look in while you are sleeping or changing clothes. The water temp was luke warm. Finally, my wife had a run in with a 50mm long beetle in the bedroom. I would highly recommend you find some other place.

The check-in process could use some improvements. We were told someone would meet us at the property, but with a large family staying at the unit next to us, it was confusing who to meet with. The small unit we stayed at didn't have a clear entrance yet, but he said they were going to work on that. Such a great place with much potential!
