Comfortable

Clean room, great staff, included laundry. Less parking avaialble at night.

STAY AWAY. Dirty rooms, staff is zero help and very rude. Asked for the room to be cleaned, blankets for the pull out bed and for the toilet to be looked at as it wasn’t flushing properly, multiple times and all went unanswered. Staff mocked my daughter and her friend when trying to get a plunger for our toilet to try and solve the issue ourselves. Fairly certain the floors hadn’t even been swept, let alone washed. I’ve never left negative reviews but this place takes the cake. Expedia should pull this listing from their site. Checked trip advisor after the fact and seen the true story. Expedia reviews are not accurate. $1100 for two rooms for two night. Not worth it, not even close. Pros- close to YYZ. That’s it. Nothing else positive about this place

Requested a king size bed and what we got was definitely not a king size bed. A small queen for sure. We asked about it at the front desk and they assured us it was a king… we didn’t mind but thought it was a bit of false advertising. Otherwise the stay was ok. We really only used the room to sleep so worked for what we needed.

The room was clean although very hot at first , they did come fix the air later though. This location was a bit far from downtown Toronto so Ubers were very expensive! On Expedia it says it come with breakfast but when I asked the front desk they said they don’t serve breakfast.

The front desk guy and staff were nice. The hotel is disgusting. Smells like cigarettes and weed, furniture damaged in rooms, bed is dirty we found hair on towels and stains on sheets Worst experience

The first two rooms that we were given upon check in were not even cleaned well. The third one was okay, the floors were not that clean. And there was dust on the tables. They have to do better in cleaning! The last year we stayed, it was better!

Could stand to have more parking space.

The staff were all friendly, everyone had a smile. The room could’ve been cleaner, the light switches were not very clean, I wiped them off myself. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
