Bra läge, trevlig personal

What you pay is what you get. If you’re not expecting much and just need a basic place to stay close to the beach, this hotel is okay. The location is good and it’s close to the beach. The rooms are extremely simple. There is no dresser, no table, no nightstands—basically nowhere to unpack or put your belongings. The room has a bed, a fridge, and one small shelf, and that’s it. The bathroom was very narrow. Sitting on the toilet was uncomfortable, and if I were a bit taller, I honestly wouldn’t have fit properly (see photo). There is a bar next door that usually closes around midnight. A couple of nights it was very loud, which may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. The stairs to the second and third floors are very steep and tall. This is not very convenient for older guests, anyone with knee problems, or families with small children. On the positive side, the room was clean and housekeeping came every other day. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but acceptable. For the price, you can find better places on Koh Samet, including hotels with a pool or directly on the beach. Would I stay here again? No. It works for a short, no-frills stay, but don’t expect comfort or good value.

This place is clean enough but not great. Functional basic rooms that look good in photos but scruffy irl. There's no fun or enjoyment here. It's just a basic room.

Rather clean hotel with good breakfast area. There are no actual place for your things in the rooms of main building: four hooks only and one shelf, you have to keep all you belongings in you bags on the floor. Mind, "inroom safe" means there are only one safe and it is in the private room of the only reception girl!!! By the way, she is quite often not at her place and you should walk about the territory to find her!!!

Trevligt och strandnära litet familjehotell,det var väldigt rent och fräscht och välskött,peronalen var go och glad men föreståndare var lite bitter men hon kunde inte Engelska ett ord. Frukosten var mycket god och med varierande varmrätt varje dag och mycket frukt och ägg och annat gott,man kunde hyra moped o cykel på hotellet för 400 bath perdag ink fulltank, Nära till andra ständer och mathak av bra utbud,på villa samed ca 100m bort så fixade vi biljetten till båt+taxi tilll Koh Chang för ca 1000 bath för 2.. strand madrasser o paraplyer fanns att låna gratis, Rummen var lite små och till över våningen väldigt brant trappa. Prisvärt o toppen,

Second time i have stayed at the Sky Cottage. It was nice and clean staff very good. Breakfast same as last stay Was on the side of poor.

Location is perfect get what you pay , for it’s not the best for service had to ask for the room to be clean and breakfast not worth getting fat for

Det var ett fint hotell med trevlig personal som var hjälpsam. Moppe kunde hyras direkt på hotellet så man kunde röra sig runt på ön. Rekommenderas helt klart med en helt okej standard.
