Limited breakfast but good price at 10 euros. Friendly staff. Difficult stairs if you have movility issues.

Beware of no elevator as you maybe on an upper floor with heavy luggage. It's 2-3 minutes from the Metro and the Train. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants plus a laundromat within minutes.

Room was tiny, but clean and functional, just what we were looking for. Staff were all very helpful and we were able to store our large suitcases downstairs so see didn't have to schlep them up to the room.

Well positioned for exploring Paris and great for budget-conscious travellers... but beware the stairs! I was on the 5th floor and those stairs are a killer after a day of exploring the city. Obviously there's not any way round this given the building's design, but anyone with mobility issues may want to think twice before booking here. Room was basic but fine, with a very small bathroom area (but still technically en suite!) and a TV - sadly no kettle and coffee/tea in the room, I believe refreshments were available from reception but given what an epic trip up and down stairs it is, I could live without it! Plenty of shops nearby to stock up on snacks and refreshments, including a well stocked Aldi 5 minutes walk away.

The shower was terrible, the service was virtually non existant. I went for breakfast and the food looked bland and disappointing. The room had seen better days and I was on the 3rd floor lugging my belongings upstairs. This is one of the least favourite hotels I have stayed in. The location is good, I slept well.

Our room was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful.

Hotel informed in advance that there is no elevator so I was prepared. Not convenient for people with disabilities or in case you have heavy luggage. For me it was fine. Window a little bit difficult to open but room size was OK for Paris downtown. Good location near "Nation" with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenient transportation. Staff always friendly. Although I didn't take breakfast the breakfast room in the basement looked quite inviting.
