This was the best hotel experience we had in Japan!! The amenities were top level. The room was spacious with a great views of the Osaka region. The staff members were incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and worth every Yen. We greatly appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was connected to the Hirakata Mall and the Hirakatashi Station. This was very helpful for easy meals and access to trains. Thank you for a great stay! We wish to return!

Wonderful hotel and excellent service.

We had a lovely one night stay at the Candeo. Located above a shopping mall which was very handy for food and drink. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early and were able to leave our bags until check in time and when we came to check in they had been taken to our room. A nice touch. We stayed here to go to the local parkrun which was only a 25 minute walk away on Saturday morning. Will definitely stay again.

I loved this hotel! It was like staying in spa up high in the sky. Don’t miss the opportunity to use the public bath on the 26th floor. It has spectacular views! It is separated into men’s and women’s and is a “sento” so you don’t use a bathing suit and wash completely before soaking in the hot tub. The TV set in your room has a menu where you can check to see how busy it is before you take the elevator up. If you love the ofuro experience this is it! The shower in the guest room is also wonderful! Rooms run small so book a big one. The breakfast buffet is terrific too.

Enjoyed every bit of our time there!

Incroyable sejour!

Best hotel. Amazing room. Great view. The spa was terrific with a great view too. Would only stay here in Hirakata.
