7 eleven nearby, helpful staff, clean room, amenities like microwave, and spacious.
Walls are thin and the hotel is next to the road so noise seeps in more than I’d like.

Υπέροχα We booked here just to sleep for one night as we had an overnight layover in Osaka before our longhaul flight the next day. We wanted to see a bit of the city before departing, and this hotel was conveniently close to Osaka Station (were we took the shuttle bus to the airport) just a 5 min. walk away. The station itself has a shopping centre and a restaurant floor and it is also surrounded by lots of other businesses and izakaya. Great location for someone who is just staying for a night. The hotel itself is small and dark but the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Our room was good sized with a double bed, an en-suite, tv and mini fridge. Overall clean and tidy, with all the amenities and slippers available. It was just what we needed on our last day in Japan, a great goodnight's rest.

Φανταστικό It's a nice hotel but a little bit far from the public transport - approximately 15 minutes by walking.
Everything in the hotel is just fine and I suspect the whole chain LiVEMAX is a very good chain of hotels in different Japanese cities.
