First off, I was pretty excited to stay here. It was going to be a spot we could rest and relax for the night before another flight. That didnt turn out to be the case. When we entered the apartment we were hit with a sewage smell that overwhelmed the entire place. We noticed mold patches in the bedroom on the wall and curtains, on the air conditioning unit, as well as black mold in the shower grout. Plus the toilet was leaking water on the bathroom floor. This was not the relaxing spot we had invisioned from the reviews and photos we have seen previously. While the decor is cute, under the surface its a health hazard. With me being immune compromised we declided to cut our losses and went to a hotel we knew was clean and safe. Keep in mind, this was the only hotel we chose to leave while in Vietnam. We let managment know and they were confused and said they would check the room. An hour later they sent me a message telling me the mold was "paint peeling"... and their was no smell, the toilet wasnt leaking etc... I was going to be nice and not write my review because I know its how they make their living, but gaslighting your guests instead of taking responsibility and correcting the issue is beyond insane to me. Do better. Shout out to Le Jardin Hotel & Spa who saved the day and went above and beyond for us.

I loved the lake view balcony and interior decoration. It felt more like a home than a hotel. The place was equipped with everything I needed. My only minor complaint is that the people above me were very loud at all hours of night. You can hear everything that’s going on outside of the apartment

Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. A bit out of the way, much further from the French Quarter than we had anticipated. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, generally looking quite worn and dated and in need of a renovation.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss. Restaurants und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge werden kostenlos Fahrräder gestellt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und praktisch und mit Balkon. Das Hotel ist klein und macht einen familiären Eindruck. Alle versuchen den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in the heart of Taho district, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. The room was spacious and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. The location of the hotel was just perfect - close to the heart of Taho district but also a bit away from noisy streets, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. However, if I were to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be to install an automated central gate opening system. This would allow guests arriving late in the evening to enter without having to rely on the security guard to assist them when they ring the bell. This small improvement would enhance the overall experience for guests and make late-night arrivals more convenient. I would be definitely staying here again. Very good value for money! Location close to 5star Intercon and Sheraton hotel makes it wonderful option for those tired of paying 3digit figure per night only for a room whilst this property offers eveything u can imagine for a short or even longer stay.
