Everything was excellent from the staff, to the food, the room and amenities was excellent and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who's looking to stay in the area which is surround by a lot of food choices

The stay was fantastic, all front of house staff was extremely kind, eager to help and helpful. The breakfast attendant on the weekend (I think his name was Felix) was incredibly personable, kind and quirky. The kids loved him and he was a fresh breath of air early in the morning. The women who cleaned the room were super fast and detailed. The only complaint x2 that I have is that the ac downstairs isn't working and I cannot imagine having to work in those conditions, then the 2nd is the Monday morning breakfast attendant. She was in a foul mood visibly and directly towards guests trying to get food. I watched her snap at a child who was trying to keep the potatoes lid up but couldn't figure it out and she basically shooed her off then later on at an older woman who was putting a tray away. "No ma'am, no ma'am, NO MAAM! UH UH!" the guest was visibly confused and apologized and tried to explain that she was told to put the tray wherever she was putting it. Then the rest of the morning the attendant was just miserable looking. Hopefully she's normally kinder and in a better mood and this was a one time thing. Really loved the room lay out of this too. Bathroom was spacious and the shower/tub was refreshing.
