The front desk and helpers are very helpful. The biggest complaint for me is on the 5th floor, the hallways smell like sewer. It smells so bad that the you can smell it inside the room. I complained to the front desk and they offered to move us but we were already checking out the following day. We turned on the blower in the rom but that thing is ridiculously loud.

Rooms were not represented accurately in size and amenities. The neighborhood was embarrassingly rough and appeared unsafe.

The place was beautiful and clean all the staff are friendly

The staff friendly especially in the cafe. The only complaint I have is the water keeps coming out of the shower door.

Very convenient place with walking distance to SM Aura and Market Market. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

I will come back to this hotel when we go back home again! Surprisingly the room is spacious enough to accomodate 3 adults with all our luggage. And it is a bonus to have a little kitchen with fridge and manage to have a wardrobe and drawers! So love this! Breakfast is great!! Just a bit chaotic on the buffet itself as it is small! My husband and son enjoyed the gym..bonus!! Clean and quiet!! Also the location is near to SM aura, market market and BGC! Kudos to the security officer and staff who handle the doors for the guests!! Will recommend!

If your looking for a budget hotel in BGC this is your hotel. Walking distance from SM Aura but the Hotel location is crowded and the back of the hotel is not BGC with beautiful scenery. Its very traffic on the area. Parking is good but if your vehicle is lowered dont go here. This might not be all the time but when there is a heavy rain the smell of sewage you can smell from the elevator to my room on the 8th floor. So if its rainy season and your in a budget, pick the highest floor possible so you won't smell it. Overall for a budget BGC area hotel, can't complain...well I did. Also the soap shower dispenser????buy your own soap and shampoo. Advice, if your the kind of person who wants a cold room please tell the desk before you get the keys. Not all aircon works the same.
