Καλό This was a nice enough hotel but is described as a five star, luxury hotel (as detailed on the Hotel.com website). It is three stars at best. The junior was fairly basic, did not have a sofa, had poor lighting and a was bit tired with the bathroom being very dated and in need of regrouting, etc. Breakfast was decent enough with nice home-baked items, but again, not 5* with limited choice. We’re moved onto another hotel in Greece rated as 4* which is infinitely nicer.

This is the hotel we return to time and time again, and the one we are never disappointed by.
* Clean: Perfectly clean. Daily refresh of linens and tidying of room. Public spaces pristine. Black out shades were a pleasant surprise in an antique building like this one. Loved that touch!
* Customer service. Top-tier service. Warm and friendly but also give space.
* Breakfast. Delicious pites, pastries, yogurt. Choice of barista-quality coffees. Lovely space to eat, both inside and outside in their private garden.
* Location. One block from the lake (GREAT for jogging) and across the street from the plateia (square), with its choice of chic restaurants. Quiet when you need it to be.
* Parking. Right in front every day, with no issue whatsoever.
Always a perfect stay. Love this hotel!

This was a wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel and surrounds, the type of village you envision in a small greek community. The hotel had tradtional atmosphere, an beautiful porch area and was just off the square. My only grievance was how uncomfortable the mattresses were. I had a hard time getting comfortable and woke up sore from how hard the bed was.

5 star quality. Only downfall was our room was next to the front door and reception desk so it was a bit noisy with people coming and going in the evening; quiet other than that. Good location for walking to waterfront and local taverns.

Φανταστικό This is alovely hotel in the old town of Kastoria. The staff were very friendly and the rooms are nicely decorated and immacutaley clean. Breakfast was good with enough to suit most people's tastes. I would recommend this hotel.
