There was no shuttle to the hotel so we ended up getting an Uber, which cost us $40 to go 1.6 miles from the airport.
The rooms were dirty. There was hairs on my bed and you could see the room hadn't been vacuumed by the edges of the room. There was balls of dust. We arrived on Sunday, tied from a long flight from California 6 AM flight only to be told that the restaurant is closed and handing some menus to Phone in dialing while I was there I witnessed an elderly couple who were all confused I wanted to make a few calls, but the music was too loud in the common room. I asked him if they could kindly enter it down as there was no one else in there, but that didn't happen either. I asked if there was any water in the room and they said no so I spent $30 on water.. will not be going there in a hurry. I would like a refund a full refund, please.
