The room was very clean and had all the amenities anyone would need for their stay. The staff is attentive and parking was easy.

Only 1 of 3 staff I spoke to were remotely friendly. Site is LONG overdue for repair. When I asked for another room that didn’t have a half-inch gap at the bottom of the door or 1/4 inch along the side I was told they’re all like that and to lay down a towel at the threshold. I’m 77 was offered an upstairs room but needed to carry my luggage up the stairs. The room had a big hot tub, high on the side and nothing to hold onto to get in. Overall needs major upgrade and more friendly staff interested in helping.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We checked in around 11:00 after driving for over twelve hours. The room we rented the shower did not work and had cockroaches in the tub. They gave us another room which was no better than the first except the shower worked. Someone should inspect these hotels before you list them . This was the 2nd hotel out of the 4 that were unacceptable . The Hyatt House in Pleasant Hill was the best.

No microwave or fridge in the room - and the room itself looked nothing like the photos posted. My shoes stuck to the floor (could be leftover cleaning solution) and there were dustballs of hair in the corner of the closet, which didn’t have doors. The person who checked us in at the front desk and got us extra pillows was super friendly and quick! Booked the hotel for price and location - it is what it is.
