Very clean room, Excellent amenities, and a great location.

The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The restaurants nearby had excellent food and coffee. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would return. The only thing I would mention is there could be clearer instructions on how to get inside and the need for Wi-Fi in order to access the electronic key. The physical keys provided to us did not open the outer doors.

On arrival, entering the property with digital keys was quick and efficient. We had no issues. Housekeeping staff was excellent help throughout the trip. He was attentive and polite. The room itself was comfortable, has everything you would need for a stay. I would only suggest availability of complimentary water, as advertised on the welcome video, as this was not in the room. For what we received and the location the price point was very fair in comparison to neighbouring properties. Would highly recommend for a short or long trip. There is also a nice perk of a spa and gym close by with no extra charge.

Excellent central location, room instructions and self check in were seamless as long as you’re tech savvy (keyless) bars, restaurants and local shops right on the doorstep. Depending how quickly you walk can be in the central piazza in 10 mins. Only negative was the creepy staff member knocking on my door at 9am on Saturday morning and the next day asking me why I hadn’t checked out at 10am despite being 1 hour before check out time. Probably a one off but some communication and a do not disturb sign would be useful. That being said would highly recommend

Amazing location if able walking distance to all landmarks. Property clean, could do with a deep clean in toilet area. Cleaner daily was lovely and replaced towels and toilet roll if needed. Fridge was empty and not plugged in, we didn’t use air conditioning but windows were operational. Bed was really comfy. Only downsides-noisy plumbing and not enough storage for clothes for anything over 2 day stay. Did not ruin our experience though we just had to leave clothes in bags.

The room was a not the nicest but it was a great

Arrivo in struttura e per mia sorpresa mi viene assegnata una stanza di categoria piu' bassa rispetto a quella prenotata (camera standard al posto della junior suite). La camera era sporca, mal ridotta e piena di peli e capelli ovunque. Muovo le mie rimostranze all'operatore (tutto via chat in quanto non esiste un presidio fisico nella struttura) e mi viene risposto che il disguido è dovuto ad un probelma di sincronizzazione di Expedia con i loro sistemi. Dato che non è un mio problema, richiedo di avere la stanza per cui ho pagato ma mi viene risposto che la struttura è piena. Male. Chiedo un rimborso e mi dicono che verificheranno. Infastidito, vado a fami una doccia ma non c'è acqua calda, ricontatto l'operatore, parlo con gli inservienti ma a quanto pare la caldaia si è rotta. L'acqua calda arriverà solo nel pomeriggio del secondo giorno. Come alternativa mi viene proposto di andare a lavarmi in una palestra li vicino. Rifiuto e mi offrono un buono di 5 euro da consumare in un bar. Imbarazzante. Ad oggi non mi hanno ancora ne erogato un rimborso ne alcuna compensazione per tutti i disagi che mi hanno provocato.

No windows in this property. Youre basically in a basement utility room with no windows, a moldy shower and a couch with a rip in it

The room was dirty and had no windows. When I queried this, the host opened an electronic shutter in the ceiling, revealing a dirty skylight, from which dozens of spiders (alive and dead) then fell onto the bed - so I had to keep that closed for the duration of the stay. There was also a funny smell which was apparently a spray to “sanitise” the room, but I think the real reason for it was to cover up the mould smell coming from the mini fridge and from the bathroom. There is also no manned reception desk (something I missed from the small print) so check in was quite stressful having to make arrangements to meet the host. It is certainly very well located, but overall not worth the price and I will not be staying here again.

There is no staff on site to help you if you need it. All doors open from a webpage on your phone. If your phone dies, or your data package runs out and you can’t access that page, you’re not getting in. The management only responds to texts on WhatsApp from 9AM to 10PM, and in my experience they didn’t even respond to those. There’s an intercom at the front door, but they won’t answer it. They have only responded to me to argue against giving me a refund after my horrible experience. In addition, they were using my room to store building materials.
