We just have terrible bad luck experience in this hotel . Not I was expected. Lots of trouble we experienced in this hotel . Not worthed to explain . My hope that you have a different experience as much to ours . I’m sad that I can’t recommend this one .

Security team provides top notch service. O2 Roof top bar provides a great view of the city. Pool is nice however pool staff are not as accommodating. Towels can’t leave the pool area and also absolutely NO food and beverages by or in the pool….. this includes alcoholic beverages.

Service is good. Ample amenities. The gym is kinda small. The cons is there are only 2 elevators and the day of my stay only one is working due to maintainance so it is pretty inconvenient. Location is also good since it is next to SM Aura
