Καλό The room was reasonably clean. Good facilities including in room washer/dryer. Minor problems such as a broken/loose bathroom tile which could be a tripping hazard. Shower door was missing an internal handle making it a little challenging to close it with soapy hands.
Checking in was confusing. It is fully automated. You have to carefully read your email to get the passcodes. No place for baggage storage if you have a later flight as there are no staff at front desk .

The place is clean. The location is great. but the service was terrible. I stayed there for an entire week for a conference. I had questions for various setting of the room and needs. For example, how to turn off teh automatic heating, I need more toilets papers. etc.
I sent about 5 or 6 messages/ questions. Not a single one of them was answered.

I love having a full kitchen to use for longer stays. I was in town for the Montreal jazz festival and the hotel was located a few blocks away from all of my venues. It's also located near 2 major bus routes and there's a supermarket 2 blocks from the hotel. The room was large, clean and bright, and it was modestly priced.

AVOID IT AT ALL COST!
This unit was a major disappointment. It’s a basement-style space with almost no natural light. Bugs and spiders were present in multiple rooms, and the constant noise from the building’s HVAC system made it difficult to rest. The rugs were heavily stained, the sofa appeared to have dried urine, and the chairs were torn. The sheets did not feel clean, and the bathroom amenities were extremely cheap. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors locked, and the loud squeaking made it impossible to move around without waking others.
Furthermore, there were no kitchen utensils or cutlery, and the dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all watered down. As for the location, there are homeless folks on drugs all around the building and near the entrance making it very unsafe. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances.

When we arrived, the bedsheets appeared not to have been changed after the last guests. There were stains and numerous hairs. When we went to the “reception desk” there was nobody to be found. On contacting by phone, the manager demanded photographic evidence which I sent, and on reviewing the photos said he would send someone to change the sheets in the morning. I explained that it would be unacceptable for us to sleep in dirty sheets and to please sent someone that night, but nobody came and there was no further communication. So we spent the evening laundering the sheets, and trying to get them dry in the dryer, which took several hours. Could not close bedroom door as it was jammed on its track.
