Φανταστικό We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything from reservations to check in and check out went smoothly. We really appreciated cleanliness of the unit. The location was great. It was an easy walk to downtown Louisville and we also enjoyed the walk across the Big Four pedestrian bridge into Indiana.

Υπέροχα It is a very nice property - large room, kitchenette, new furnishings, and very clean. It's in a nice neighborhood with lots of clubs and restaurants nearby. Check-in is done online, there is no lobby, which makes it lass personal than other hotels. However, the good rates make for it.

I had a great stay at Stellar Suites. Two quick nights in a very comfortable suite was exactly what was needed. Superior location and very responsive hosts. I’ll be sure and stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Φανταστικό Lovely stay . Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking. Excellent stay and will def return if im back !!

There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show.
It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they messaged to remind me of checkout details. It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to check in. And I had to be up at 9am for a radio show. When I asked for a partial refund, I was offered a discount on a future stay. Since I am rarely in Louisville, I insisted on the refund. Customer service said they would look into it and never got back to me. Don't stay here if you value timely, responsive communication from the hotel. Plus the floors are uneven. Lots of soft spots that feel like you could fall through to another world.
