Έμεινε με παιδιά

We were disappointed with our stay. The biggest issue was the construction taking place right next to the hotel, which created significant noise and made it difficult to relax. While we understand that construction isn’t always under the hotel’s control, it had a major impact on our experience. The hotel provides headphones for guests, but I think a better gesture would be to offer complimentary breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. That would make guests feel much more valued and help offset the disruption. Unfortunately, because of the constant noise, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again until the construction is finished.

Room was very clean and well organized. Beds were super comfortable. I really appreciated the shower doors as it avoided any water from spilling out onto the floor. All of the staff (cleaning and front desk) were all so nice and helpful! Location is perfect as it is close to the main hongdae street and close to the subway station. Would recommend this hotel!

Καλό

Έμεινα με την οικογένεια

NEGATIVE: confusing when we got there since Lobby is at the 21st floor and no concierge at the first floor. With 6 luggages between 4 guests, no one to help bring the luggages in and up to the lobby. There was no automatic door so dragging the luggages through the door is a bad first impression. The room that housed us 4 guests was so space-challenged. No counter, narrow space around the beds and no closet to store clothes and/or luggages. The fridge can only accommodate 9 small bottles of water standing up. TV channels are all in Korean so we couldn’t enjoy it. Overall for the price, I expected more.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and can confidently say it’s one of the best. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are super friendly and accommodating as well. It’s located a 3 minute walk from the subway and near coffee shops and restaurants that are open late at night so you always have somewhere you can find a bite to eat. Hongdae main shopping street is also located just across the street which makes shopping easier too. Definitely recommend!!!

Έμεινα με την οικογένεια · Για φίλους και οικογένεια

Great location near the subway and Hongdae shopping and restaurants. Staff was always patient and helpful even though we didn’t speak much Korean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was western style with a bathtub under the shower and lit vanity mirror. The med spa in the building was also excellent and so well priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Gym is meh. Pool is nice. Staff were VERY KIND. blankets were too thick, and they didn't have thinner blankets options when i asked. But they did provide a fan for us to use. Their baseboards in our room was majorly chipped (but this is nitpicking.) Great location (near the subway station). Hip interior design. Good buffet and restaurant. Their staff was the best part about this place. i'd stay here again.
