We are super pleased with this stay. The staff was extremely helpful. The facilities are great, especially for a visit with my mom/older people. The sea is calm and pleasant, with a sandy beach. The landscape is well maintained. The food accomodates various requirements and the Turkish kebabs are particularly good. The renovated rooms have everything you need.

İlk günde, Seyahatimiz Güleryüzlü Personel ile başladı. Tüm personel hoş insanlardı. Bizimle birebir ilgilenen Ahmet Gamal, çok yardımsever, çözüm odaklı bir dost tu. Otel hakkında yorumumuz, ailecek memnun kaldık, tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle.

Banyolar biraz eskimiş. Yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Havlular yıkanmış güzel kokuyordu ama yıkama firması yüzünden lekeli geliyordu. Uyarımızdan sonra sanırım yıkama firması ikaz edildi. Sonraki günler havlular bembeyaz geldi. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle Ahmed beye ve odamızı temizleyen temizlik görevlisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Oda numaramız 425. Restoranlar güzeldi yemekler Türk aşçıbaşı ve aşçılar sayesinde çok çeşitliydi ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı zengindi. Özellikle ızgara bölümünde görevli Mehmet ustaya ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Eksileri arasında odalarda internet hizmeti olmaması kötüydü ama bize İnternet hatlı sim kart verdiler ve açığı kapattılar. Meksika mutfağı verilen iskele restoran çalışanlarını pek beğenmedik. Biraz kabaydılar. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık 5 yıldızlı bir tesis olmayı hakediyor bence. Tekrar gelirsek yine aynı tesisi tercih edeceğiz.

My 2nd visit to Siva. Love the beach and the swimming pool. Food is great and very varied. Staff are super. The reception Manager Mr Said was extremely helpful and professional 5*

Air conditioner was not working in the first day but they fix it later and everything was okay. Other than that the food was very good, the rooms were clean and there were lots of fun activities. Will definitely be back!

I have booked this hotel based on the reviews. I don’t know who’s writes down Amazing stay?! How low are your standards people?! My shower looked like it was cleaned a year ago. Soap bottle had others visitors hair on it. Dirty stained curtains. Old Synthetic bedsheets to the point they have bobbles on in. I thought ok maybe it’s just our room but then I realised it was the whole place like that. In a restaurant, lobby toilets etc.The hotel is falling a part and there is no health and safety masseurs. It’s ok to have an old hotel (outdated) But it’s disrespectful to keep it dirty for your guests that coming from abroad spending they’re time and money. Food was ok and staff was polite. Too many people trying to sell you experience on the beach so you can’t even rest. It is far away from 4 stars hotel. I came on holiday and I couldn’t wait to leave from that place.

Geweldig hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie tuinen en strand. Wij vonden het eten ook erg lekker. Zeker een aanrader!

Desafortunadamente estuve en febrero, aun estaba frio para haber disfrutado plenamente del mar y las piscinas. La comida muy buena, un ambiente tranquilo, el personal muy amable, lo unico que no me gusto fue la falta de WiFi gratis en la habitacion, solamente en el lobby,

Charm des Hotels ist gebieben trotz der etwas in die Jahre gekommene Innenausstattung. Ein wenig Investition in die Küche / Küchengeräte wäre sinnvoll.
