The room was really nice and clean. There is a huge construction going on across the street, but we didn’t hear much on the 10th floor, which was nice. The pool was closed due to maintenance, but we got access to the Westin hotel’s rooftop pool, which was so much nicer than the hotel’s own pool. That was very much appreciated, especially by our kids :) Thank you!

The guest service staff was very polite and accommodating with informative about the neighborhood and what to visit, etc. The room was very clean and bigger than expected which is always a plus. The on site restaurant and coffee shop was an added bonus. I will recommend and stay at this property again.

The only negative that I had at this property was that the only parking available was valet for $75.00 per day. No customer parking is available.

No parking, no breakfast and the ice machine was broken. They don’t even clean your room daily so you have to ask housekeeping for cups and coffee

Very friendly Front Desk staff and great location… It’s an older hotel but they’ve done a pretty good job updating everything… Our entire floor for whatever reason just felt kind of wet and I didn’t love that but I’m not sure if they were having a leak somewhere or if it’s normal. Just always felt that damp in my room.
