the planes flying over so low.
a $100 was charged as a security deposit and never got it back. This amount will be disputed.

Καλό Staff person at check-in spoke halting English. I asked directions to nearest convenience store, got sent to parts unknown! Water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. Shuttle driver asked what airline/terminal I needed to get to for my flight..."say anything but JetBlue Terminal 5!" Which is where I needed to go. He dropped me at a different Terminal, had to take Air Train to get to Terminal 5 and my flight! Very unprofessional

Υπέροχα Close enough tot he airport . Clean room and shower. Perfect for an overnight stay . Shuttle stops at 23:00 and if you are late - be aware that Uber from JFK is a rip-off…

Φανταστικό The staff was very helpful. Breakfast good but the breakfast area was crowded. We used the shuttle, again, the driver was great. Right next to a bus stop.
The only downside is the area. The hotel faces a garbage truck parking and the smell, especially on warm days, is aweful. Nights could get noisy.
