Clean .. very helpful staff, close to shopping centres that were pointed out to us by staff. Breakfast was amazing .. very clean eating area, good variety of breakfast items. Loved it!

The hotel was located in a very good location, which was in close walking proximity to Sydney Chinatown, Haymarket, Market City, Sydney Central Train Station. There was a wide variety of food options around the hotel and the food served in the hotel was not too bad. I had no problems finding parking spots and even managed to charge my electric vehicle with the wall chargers available (I believe only one of them was in working condition). Overnight parking costs AUD45.00/night, which allowed multiple entry/exit. Hence, plan your commute ahead i.e. if you don't need to enter/exit the car park during your stay, I would recommend paying for parking with Wilson parking directly, where they charge AUD36.00/night for overnight parking (but caters to only ONE entry and ONE exit). The staff were generally hospitable and friendly with the exception of one personnel at the bar who made me feel that I done her wrong when she took my order. Furthermore, she charged me the wrong amount for wine I ordered during the Wine promo period. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant and I'd recommend the hotel as an accommodation option in Sydney. The hotel breakfast provided was delicious with a good range of options.

The room was large and comfortable. The location is good and walking distance to Central station. The hotel appears to have been part of a bigger chain earlier and does need renovation.

Room was clean and staff were lovely. My 2nd time staying and truely continued to love it.

Mould in the bathroom. A bathroom tap that flopped closed so felt like it was broken, shower taps that dripped all night (the bathroom door did block the sound luckily) a bath / shower that was so narrow it was unsafe. A shower head reminiscent of a 2 star place. 2 out of 3 lifts out of action and a broken carpark lift. Room ac with buttons so worn you can’t see to change it. Each little thing easily overlooked and not enough to complain about but the cumulative effect left me underwhelmed. I only stayed a night. If I’d stayed longer I’d be more upset. Common areas were nice and staff very helpful. Having them leave their stations to get things like parking cards though isn’t great but not the staffs fault. Popcorn in the foyer was a nice touch.

Good hotel and rooms are spacious, not that new but the breakfast is goof and the staffs are great

Hotel is very pleasant and nice, the wait time was long to speak to the staff. I would recommend the hotel is centrally located. Very nice stay.

Great location near many restaurants, rooms are great and well designed with enough room to work. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is yummy and car parking next door. I generally have desert in the room, recommend the cheese platter.
