We were there celebrating a big anniversary [wink]. Upon checking in, Danica was so sweet and offered us a nice treat for our stay. We also want to thank Enrique for picking us up at the Lake Louise Village, as well as the concierge who arranged the pick up. Enrique is such a sweet gentleman who gave us many useful information about the facility and services. The hotel is beautifully maintained inside and out. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Flowers in the garden are gorgeous. And of course, the location is unbeatable. We got up 5:30 to experience the amazing sunrise at Lake Louise. What a treat! Canoeing on the lake was fantastic with stunning views of Mont Victoria and the hotel. Breakfast and dinner at Louiza were great. We enjoyed especially the breakfast with many healthy choices of vegies and fruits at the cold buffet. The only small disappointment was the common pool. Small and not warm. My wife did enjoy the heated hydro pool with the Basin Glacial Waters experience. We really enjoyed our stay there. Lovely memories…

Swimming pool was very small on top floor and the area around is usually occupied with Resturant guest.

The property is ideal for a Lake Louise visit. The location offers easy access to the lake at all hours including transportation to Moraine Lake that you can easily sign up for. There is parking and dining on site that must be used as there are few close options. The rooms are spacious and well maintained most with views of the lake. If you can afford the high price tag, I would highly recommend staying at this property as access to outside parking is limited by the deluge of daily visitors to Lake Louise in summer.

We had an incredible stay. Everything was perfect.

Well, the overall it is good however I think the restroom they are OK and overpriced maybe because I’m booked in last-minute $3000 a night it’s a bit bit overpriced. I actually try a lot of luxury hotel and restaurants but I don’t think this one really worth it because the overpriced the stay and the restaurant

We had a wonderful experience 10/10,the staff was amazing specially Harrison from Lakeview restaurant. Everything about our experience was unforgettable in the best way. The view from our room was breathtaking!Can’t wait to go back and definitely stay at the Fairmont.
