Well appointed and very comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good standard of cleanliness. Restaurant staff a little lacking at dinner time. Very enjoyable breakfast but, although the glass of champagne offered was a lovely idea, it is not so good for people driving. I had to refuse my free glass and my friend as well but it would have been lovely the evening before!

There is no lift There are many insects The staff were very cool

No shower gel in the showers on check in. The refrigerator was so old and weak, it was barely working. didn't do my children's milk any good.

There aren't many options in the area but if you're looking for a relatively cheap place to stay in the vicinity of Maastricht or going for a day of shopping in Maasmechelen's outlet village, you should definitely consider this hotel. It isn't overly fancy though: the rooms are basic but they are clean and serve their purpose. There is plenty of parking as well which is free. Staff at reception is very friendly, but the same couldn't necessarily be said about the bar area. If the weather is nice and you want to go for a morning run, the hotel is close to a local park. There is a gym onsite but it opens at 10am or 9am on a Sunday, which is just terrible service and definitely doesn't cater for business travel. You're basically forced to go for a swim as the pool opens at 7am. Breakfast looks great and I heard good things about it, but I couldn't be bothered spending Eur 17 per head on a coffee and a croissant as I'm not a big eater. All in all a solid option, but with room for improvement.

It was very hot,room with not air conditioning, Window broken,not possible to close,in the sower water was going every where, in the restaurant the floor was very dirty For a 4* hotel they never change the sit in the bed, we stay 3 nights ...... I'll never go these hotel

Old furniture, panels in bathroom had holes, bad smell in our room, they should leave a window open and use some air wick.

The check-in took extremely long time, receptionist paid a lot of attention to previous guests, however once it was our turn, he was quite brief, stressing that as client of Expedia we should get s budget room but they managed a free upgrade to a better room... Room was clean, with marks of usage (broken tile in bathroom...), but fine.

We booked a deluxe room. The room was lovely but I would not have rated it as deluxe. However, it was very comfortable and clean. Everyone very friendly and helpful
