Not as nice as on line and photos. Rooms are big and spacious, but twice we had to ask for room to be made up during our 4 night stay. They came to do them at 5pm!!! Pool was large and fairly quiet but not kept as clean as it could have been, a lot of leaves. It many sun beds ! No bar area or food served by pool, just a friendly man handing out towels and water. No bar in the hotel, just one Chinese restaurant which was very nice and very friendly staff. Would I stay here again, probably not. For the money we paid out for the room, we don’t feel we had value for money. You have to get shuttle bus to another hotel to get anywhere, no one walks in the 30+ degrees heat.

Congratulations to the management and staff of Equarius Hotel, great job from the moment we arrived, staff were so attentive, helped us to unload our luggages, assist us to the check in counter, helping us to check in is a breeze… Handed a lollipop to my 2 years old granddaughter to keep her entertained is simply so thoughtful while we check in …what surprised us is the decoration in our room to celebrate our anniversary in so detailed, beautiful and amazing … Thank you so much for the hospitality and effort in making our staycation so memorable…

Gorgeous and clean room. Extremely spacious and the service from the staff was fantastic.

The room was excellent - large, clean, quiet and the staff were all fantastic. It was also steps away from Adventure Cove. Everything about the hotel was excellent - I would very much recommend it.

Being a 5 star hotel, one would expect a 5 star experience but reality sadly fell short. We chose this hotel for our wedding honeymoon stay and added it in our remarks but the rooms had nothing special. Not even extra decorations. When we were sleeping, our TV's sound bar suddenly blasted music at max volume multiple times. Scared us awake. Technician said it was because another guest had accidentally connected to it. We received no form of compensation or service recovery for this fright. Their hairdryer was broken at the hinge, one of the room phones had no sound and you must take the shuttle bus to explore the area. It is not conveniently walkable. At least the shuttle bus interval was fast. Roomkeeping staff didn't clean the hairs in the toilet and they replenished our caffeinated coffees with decaffeinated ones... We didn't mind the lack of special experience at first, but all these issue started stacking up and our stay felt like an overpriced stay at an overrated hotel. Their lobby staff were all very nice and helpful but their services elsewhere fell short. It's a pity. Would not recommend.

Stay at Equarius Hotel was one the best experiences our family had. The hospitality was out of this world. The room, staff, breakfast options were simply amazing. Everyone you meet has a smile and just makes your day. Proximity to all spots at Sentosa. Platinum star.
