This is my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai.
This was my 3rd stay at the WE Valley Hotel,
The place is always immaculately clean, and the friendly staff go above and beyond to be helpful.
There is no restaurant in this hotel (there is an excellent seafood restaurant within easy walking distance) except for a very reasonable buffet breakfast. On previous stays here, I've ordered dinner on Food Panda but it no longer operates in Thailand. When my computer wasn't connecting to Grab Food, one of the staff even ordered dinner for me using the app on his personal phone.
Another staff member spent an extensive time in my room ensuring that my computer connected to the hotel's WiFi.
The room was serviced every day during my stay.

Hotel was fine. Location not great. Not much in public transport. You need Bolt/grab/lineman some kind of car service.

This was a friendly and economical motel to stay at within walking distance of the nearby Convention Center. The rooms are quite spacious and could be shared. It's also easy to get to and from Chiang Mai using (Grab) ride hailing, about 15-30 minutes from downtown or the airport depending on traffic.

The views of the mountains are stunning I spent a whole 2 days just staring out the window. There was a small mix up with the booking website and the staff went above and beyond to help me and handle the situation. I would definitely come back here if I’m in town! Thank you

Φανταστικό Hotel location is a bit far from Old City, a bit outskirt; but the hotel provides shuttle services to the nearest mall every 2 hours, where one can take Grab to the old city. Recommend to get a sim card at 7-11 to move around in Chiangmai rather than travelling by tuk tuk.
One good point is the hotel does send the guests to the Sunday walking street and saturday night market.
I would like to thanks the expedia personnel (cant remember her name, sorry) who helped me to arrange shuttle service to pick me up at the airport upon arrival at Chiangmai.
