Guide (Savannah) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being Alumni from Oxford, she shared some interesting facts about the place and its history. Moreover, she kept us engaged, while at the same time, gave some very useful tips for the rest of the day. Surprise package was an inside tour of the University college with some nice views.

we had a relaxing 30min boat ride with our student guide this morning. Angus was very knowledgeable albeit a little shy which was more down to his age and little experience in dealing with clients. we would definitely recommend taking this tour as it’s a nice way to see the iconic sights of Oxford from the comfort of your cushioned seat in the boat.

just chose your preferred time and showed up at the assembly point and off you go! we had the best guide for our river punting experience. A sweet, talented and aspiring British girl who not only river punted well, but also shared with us the history of Oxford and her dream. Bravo, young lady, keep up your dream.

Rory was such a great tour guide and gave us so much insights into Oxford. we enjoyed ourselves and would go back again if we could!

这是个骗子团，从头到尾没有导游出现。我们联系不上客服，回国后会联系12315维权。我们按照指示12:40在图一的地点等导游，终于出现了导游告诉我们他们这个团不是他们的，然后我们后图二的地方询问，我们去了以后说不知道有这个团，然后我们联系报名的地方，我立刻联系客路出现了图三的对话，只给我们一个仅限中国大陆的电话，没有任何其他提示。目前为止我没收到任何来自路客的联系，也根本无从退款。只能等回国后走维权路线。

First of all, the meeting point says to meet at shop of secrets and there is no shop of secrets. It is now inside Oxford campus store. We tried getting in touch with klook but they said the operator is not responding. We asked klook to give us number of the operator and they did not. Now they say even though shop of secrets does not exist the meeting point is valid. How will someone in a new country know that. They spoiled my day and are now refusing refund. This is a scam do not book!

Their service was so poor. I couldn’t get an inform about my tour schedule and couldn’t do an activity even though I had waited for more than 40 mins outside. They didn’t answer the phone and neither I and service center of Klook couldn’t reach out with the host. It was such a mass even though I liked the tour of Oxford part, the last part was a whole mass. I’d rather not book this tour if could choose again.

maybe the tour guide could introduce us more about the history in Oxford!
