BEST DRIVER!! Please book its very good i will surely reuse
I received a confirmation updated form klook for my booking(private car charter for 10 hours) , a day ahead of the planned tour. I was supposed to be picked up from.Manali bus stop between 1030-11am and thereafter continue my customised itennary for Manali Rohtang pass,Sissu etc. when I reached the Manali bus stop and tried reaching out to the tour operator(received number from customer support chat of Klook),the operator refused that he does not have any details of my tour plan. After repeated calls and waiting for over 1.5hours at the bus stop with ab assurance form Klook as well as the local operator to get my issue resolved,no one turned up with any solution/alternative. My plan was sabotaged and until now ,after 36 hours of the tour start time,I still havent received either the refund or the update on my issue ! it wasn't a seamless experience this time with Klook inspote of having booked over 7-8 trips worth more than 20k in the last one year with Klook.

Hmm okay let me start from the very beginning. I booked this voucher to go sightseeing manali and around manali, since this trip is my first time ever in India and I don't speak the language ofc considering this voucher very good deal. So I booked the voucher, strangly I don't get any notification for my booking other than from klook. Nor somebody actually email me or contact me regarding this booking. Usually they will remind you about the booking like 24 hours before the voucher used. But no one email me still which makes me worry if nobody will actually show up and pick me up. So i tried to contact klook. Cs didn't fast response. I tried and tried again until somebody gave me information I needed. And secondly, on this voucher mentioned that we will have English speaker driver, not trying to bitching about small thing but we came all the way here as a traveller who doesn't speak the language. English is what we know best to communicate. And when the driver show up, he doesn't speak English. Great now how am I supposed communicate with him. Driver didn't even want to do the job without his friend who speak English. And his friend couldn't come with us for the whole trip that day, so he tried to end the trip as soon as possible
