Even when we arrived late, she remained patient and flexible, adjusting our itinerary without any stress. Throughout the day, she shared great insights, helped us navigate local restaurants, treated us to coffee, and even stayed late to make sure we returned safely to our hotel. Her kindness, humor, and dedication turned our trip into something truly special. Thanks to her, we experienced Hakone not as tourists but as welcomed guests. It was an excellent experience we shared with Yumi, our guide! We were in a bit of a rush as we needed to catch a train in the afternoon, so we had to quickly jump from one transportation to the other but Yumi was excellent in navigating us properly, preparing us for the next transfer and avoiding the crowds. Showed us the really valuable photo spots and explained in detail the history and the culture of the area. Especially the Hakone shrine with the dragon story was so interesting!

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide Kaz was very professional and well prepared. He was very kind, before starting out day he gave us details of what to expect for our day tour. All day he was very informative, giving us details about the history and culture of the area. He always gave us chances to take great photos. He showed us how to navigate the local public transportation. And for the things we couldn't see in one day, he told us how to get there and what was great about it. And the entire time he was friendly, courteous, and kind. So far this has been the best part of our Japan trip.

Mr. Izumi Aizawa has been a wonderful guide and very respectful to our need. I highly recommend.
