Great experience ! I was very impressed by their service ! They would ask for any food allergies before I started eating, they even delivery the food and drinks to your table so you don’t need to carry hot soups or any liquid items from a long distance to your table !

food quality is good, there is a wide range of Christmas themed desserts. Oysters are fresh and they offer salads and fruits choices which are rarely found in other hotels buffet. The only recommendation is lobsters quality can be improved and have a bit more hot dishes. The staff in the restaurant provided excellent services which is the top standard in the industry.

There are a variety of food, including seafood, grilled meats, Macanese dishes,... (see photos). I could say the buffet is a kind of brunch, because they also offer breakfast dishes. The dessert has fresh fruits, ice-cream and a lot of cakes. They offer unlimited free juices, coffee and tea.

The foods are superb and the staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended to try the buffet. Glad that I am purchased via klook as it is slightly cheaper than walk in.

新年假期尾聲，一行6位朋友星期六晚第一次往鳴詩吃自助晚餐，之前有服務員已打電話聯絡本人會安排本人要求坐位位置，今次安排亦非常滿意！由踏入餐廳一刻感受到服務員熱情有禮的款待， 海鮮刺身很新鮮,食物質素亦不錯，由頭到尾都有服務員在枱附近招呼及關注我們的需要， 我們六人也感到非常滿意，吃得非常舒適！一定會再來！亦強烈推介！

今天是老公生日！這已是第二次到鳴詩吃自助晚餐！上次來鳴詩是新年時，比較多食物！三文魚及生蠔都好吃！但相隔3個月，今天食物明顯地小了！差了！ 不得不讚四季嗚詩侍應生服務體貼細心！常詢問是否需要其他飲品！我覺得服務超水準，環境舒適，已要我多次來的原因！

以買一送一的價錢，享用自助晚餐，覺得非常超值。食物質素、服務都很好，特別是甜品更是高質。唯一要彈的是，原本因為食安問題沒有生蠔提供是可以理解的，本人認為不需要替代方案，但餐廳竟然說以翻蒸熱已熟的凍龍蝦代替生蠔，龍蝦原本已經熟了，再加蒜蓉翻蒸熱，根本很難咀嚼，完全吞不下。

用了打風優惠後，價錢約為每人$300，尚算不錯。食物種類不算太多，一般澳門中午自助餐有的鳴詩也有，食物水準合格。但最大的賣點應該是環境，坐得很舒適，周圍食客數量較少，環境較寧靜，若想享受一個悠閑慢慢食的午餐，這裡是不二之選。
