Our tour guide (Alicia) was a sweet, knowledgeable, and skilled tour guide! The tour was smooth and there were lots of chances to take photos, buy food + souvenirs, and take in the beautiful sights. The bonus would be taking the scenic train ride in Alishan and taking in the views while the train does the work!

Our tour guide was incredible! She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the entire area, especially when sharing fascinating details about the giant cypress trees. As a huge bonus, she had a great eye for photography, knew all the best spots, and took fantastic pictures of us throughout the day. Highly recommended for an unforgettable Alishan experience!

Captain Cook was a really amazing tour guide. I went with my older parents and he was really patient and made sure they were ok during the short hikes. He made sure to give us all the background and history of everything too!

I had a wonderful experience on this Alishan day tour. The entire trip was very well organized, from the transportation to the itinerary. Even though it was a day tour, we were able to see the main highlights and take plenty of photos. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taiwan who wants a hassle-free way to experience the beauty of Alishan. As someone studying abroad in Taichung for a month with only weekends available, this was a great and affordable (compared to US prices) way to experience Alishan.

The forest was beautiful and serene even if it was raining hard when we went. I love how fresh the air was, and the historical trivias shared by the tour guide helped us understand how special the place was. Thank you for the nice tour, Stella!

nature always has the best view. this tour is so good. we enjoy the nice weather in alishan, our guide is super nice and friendly she make sure that we are all complete before continuing to another spot. worth the long ride ❤

The trip is higher than my expectations. I took the day trip to be lazy and it didn’t disappoint. Eric was a good guide took us through the trip smoothly. I would recommend. *the train ride not included but it’s extra NT100, worth to add on.

This was a great experience. We really had a great time in Allishan. Even the weather is not that good, but our tour guide (Alicia) still able to accomodate us. She gave us a lot of knowledge about Allishan. She is very friendly and hospitable from the start of the tour. She's always smiling and were able to answer all our questions. although the tour guide eric did his best to show most of what to offer in alishan for the day tour. it was very rush and feel not enough time to do shopping for gifts or eating a quick meal. But nonetheless, would recommend it for anyone who never visited alishan before!
