Κρουαζιέρα στον ποταμό με μαγκρόβια Bongawan & Πυγολαμπίδες με περιήγηση στο ηλιοβασίλεμα στην παραλία Infinity Dream

This trip was definitely my highlight of 6-day vacation in KK. The trip was well organized, with great itinerary and service from all the crew. We were being picked up on time at our hotel in KK by Jordan who drove smoothly and very kind. There were some selections of beverages for high tea (cold water, juice, coffee), also mung bean porridge and banana fritters, which were really good. During the cruise, we saw the proboscis monkeys, long tail, monitor lizard, and crocodile. Our guide, Garry was funny, knowledgeable, and was great in explaining about the animals & surrounding areas. We got back to the Jetty for early dinner with Malaysian cuisine buffet & it tasted delicious. Then we countinued the cruise to the mirror beach and took some pictures. On the way back, we got to see a lot of fireflies on the trees and Garry and the crew were good on inviting them to fly around us on the boat. Jordan then drove us back safely and comfortably to KK. Overall this tour is highly recommended!

We had such a great time on this tour, and a big part of it was thanks to our tour guide, Kelvin! Kelvin was our driver, tour guide and also our photographer for the day. He was very knowledgeable and made the mangrove and fireflies tour really enjoyable. He introduced us to the different animals we saw, including the proboscis monkeys, and shared interesting facts about what they eat, their digestion and their behaviour. It was really interesting to learn about them along the way. He was also very entertaining and took great care of us throughout the whole trip. He definitely went above and beyond, especially when he took the time to help us take photos at the sunset spot. We really appreciated how attentive and thoughtful he was. Also, a big shoutout to his co-tour guide, Gary, who was equally helpful and made the experience even better. Thank you, Kelvin and Gary, for such a memorable day!

Guide Kelvin was very friendly and informative! Overall really enjoyed the trip, saw many wildlife, dinner was great, and Kelvin took amazing sunset photos for us! But please put on LOTS of insect repellent at the beach after the sunset, cuz the mosquitoes are RELENTLESS when seeing the fireflies!

Every detail of this tour is perfectly planned and organised, from time keeping to clean vans and boats. Special shout out to Kelvin our English tour guide, not only has he done in-depth research on the long nosed monkey, he is an expert photographer with a very good sense of humor despite having a mixed crew of Koreans, Japanese and Europeans. The groups are not too big so everyone has a good viewing of the animal life and mangroves, we were very lucky to see crocodile, monitor lizards, long tailed monkeys and a group of the long nosed monkey but from a distance. The Jetty is impeccably clean and the dinner and snacks was homemade, clean & many good options. The sunset is spectacular & the firefly show along with Kelvin and his guide Gary’s talent at attracting them into the boat was natures own magic show (pls tip Kelvin, the captain & boat helper at the end of the trip). Highly recommend this tour, and a big THANK YOU to Kelvin and team for making this the best day trip of KK.

We had such a wonderful tour with Dan Dan! We were lucky with the weather and even spotted proboscis monkeys right across the river during tea time, followed by more monkeys and crocodiles during the tour. The sunset and Sky Mirror were beautiful, and Dan Dan and his colleague really went the extra mile, even kneeling on the beach to capture the best photos for us! The highlight was definitely the fireflies. Seeing the trees filled with tiny blinking lights in the darkness was truly magical. The pre-tour updates were also clear and helpful. Overall, a very special family experience with great weather, wonderful people and an excellent guide. Thank you, Dan Dan!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Κρουαζιέρα στον ποταμό Bongawan, Σαμπά Καταπληκτική εμπειρία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Ήμασταν αρκετά τυχεροί να εντοπίσουμε τόσο μακρυμύτικες όσο και μακρυουρές μαϊμούδες κατά μήκος του ποταμού, γεγονός που έκανε την κρουαζιέρα ακόμα πιο συναρπαστική 🐒🌿 Το τοπίο ήταν πανέμορφο καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού, ειδικά η στάση στην παραλία με την ήρεμη, ανοιχτή θέα της. Το ηλιοβασίλεμα ήταν απολύτως εκπληκτικό, με τον ουρανό να γίνεται χρυσός πάνω από τον ποταμό 🌅 Το αποκορύφωμα για μένα ήταν σίγουρα οι πυγολαμπίδες τη νύχτα. Τα μαγκρόβια δέντρα φωτίστηκαν σαν όνειρο, και μια πυγολαμπίδα προσγειώθηκε ακόμα και στο χέρι μου — μια τόσο μαγική στιγμή ✨ Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στους οδηγούς μας Gary, Edward και Kevin που ήταν φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και έκαναν όλο το ταξίδι ομαλό και ευχάριστο. Αν βρίσκεστε στη Σαμπά, αυτή είναι σίγουρα μια δραστηριότητα που πρέπει να κάνετε. Χαλαρωτική, όμορφη και αξέχαστη.

보트를 타고 맹그로브 숲을 지나며 물왕도마뱀, 긴꼬리원숭이, 반딧불이까지 다양한 야생동물을 가까이에서 볼 수 있어서 6살 아이가 정말 좋아했어요. 책이나 영상으로만 보던 동물들을 눈앞에서 만나니 아이에게 잊지 못할 경험이 된 것 같아요. 무엇보다 일몰이 정말 환상적이었습니다. 맹그로브 위로 물드는 노을이 인생 풍경이었어요. 가이드 Kelvin님이 사진을 어찌나 열심히, 또 잘 찍어주시던지 덕분에 인생샷도 건졌습니다. 마침 그날 한국인이 저희 가족뿐이라 Kelvin님이 더 밀착해서 하나하나 친절하게 설명해주셔서 감동이었어요. 동물이 보일 때마다 놓치지 않게 짚어주시고, 아이 눈높이에 맞춰 설명해주신 점도 정말 감사했습니다. 아이와 함께 자연 체험을 원하는 가족 여행객이라면 꼭 해보시길 추천합니다. 일몰 시간대에 가는 걸 강력 추천하고, 가능하다면 Kelvin님 가이드로 예약하세요!

It was such a photogenic+ chill relaxing tour. I really enjoyed how tour guide Kelvin introduced the details of wildlife living around the mangrove. Tour guide Edward is the GOAT cameraman, got so many good pic taken by him. I only expect to see some wild life at first, but didn't expect can gain that much after the half day trip, defo worth it. Will defo bring my family/ frds again in the next Sabah trip🔥🔥🔥

The river cruise was very nice and we were lucky to see a few proboscis monkeys resting on the tree. There was also a very cute cat at the tour base and the food was simple and nice. Our tour guide, Jordan, is also very knowledgeable, took care of the whole tour group and helped us to take nice pictures. The sunset at the beach was very scenic and looked different every minute. There was also a lot of fireflies in the evening and the whole tour was enjoyable.
