Meeting point at Nagano Station very convenient. Our guide very friendly and responsible. At each stop, they ensure every participants are present. Beautiful scenery. We transferred onto different transportation to reach the Alpine. Highly recommended.

had a great 1 day quality day trip booked under Klook. we had two amazing guides during our trip . the itinerary was perfectly planned and we visited what we supposed to see and visit at Tateyama. very recommended to join them !

I’ve been to Japan many times but this tour was surely the best I’ve experienced. Special credit goes to guide Jens who did everything he could (and more) to make the tour enjoyable. Jens is truly the best! Ample time was given for us to explore Murodo so it was not rushed at all. Scenery was so breathtaking that I cannot help but be tempted to join the same tour again in 2025. Hopefully, Jens can be our guide again.

This was one of best day tour in my Japan 🇯🇵 trip the guide friendly and trip was well arranged my them tried three to four mode of transport like bus 🚠 ropeway and trams 🚃 and tunnel ride I recommend this tour it was best experience thanks to Klook like recommend the best like all ways thanks to guide was great guy helpful will vist nagano in future soon 🔜

Great tour guide, Teddy. he arranged all tour time accordingly so that we will not miss any type of transport to see the snow wall. the snow wall only 11 meter height but we enjoy ourselves during the trip.

Our guide speaks good English and communicates well with the group members. He also provides a lot of interesting background information and history of the area. Would strongly recommend this day tour.

great service, and lovely tour. the entire process was smooth and comfortable. although it was busy the tour guides were patient and helpful, even with the buggies. (i remember their names but dont know to spell..apologies) they didnt rush anyone and gave plenty of time to look around.

Such a breathtaking scenery of Tateyama – Kurobe Alpine! And one of the rare tours where you get to experience 4 different types of transportation in one place – Tunnel Trolley Bus, Ropeway, Cable Car and Tunnel Electric Bus! Prior to booking this tour, I have read reviews on the crowds and walking paths. However, Lady Luck was with us on the day of our trip. There was lesser crowd than usual and weather was wonderful! It is a pity that, we missed the water dam discharge period, however, the views of the Tateyama mountains and snow wall corridor made up to it! Check out the photos! Days before the trip, the tour organizer, Snow Monkey Resorts have reminded us on matters regarding to the tour, including what to bring and wear. This reminder helped us to travel in a comfortable, safe and enjoyable manner! As the location is a vast area with multiple modes of transportation, being in a systematic guided tour group ease the journey. I am grateful to our English-speaking professional and well-informed local tour guide, Kunihiko-san, who made our trip a fulfilling and memorable one. changing of transport 5 times was challenging! at certain point, cable car & tram were really squeesy. our guides, Jen & Orlando were really helpful & approachable, which makes the entire trip easy n well.
