I booked this tour for my family of eight (one child and seven adults). Our driver and guide, Wang Yongho, was professional and helpful throughout our day tour to Alpaca World and Nami Island. We had one passenger that had mobility issues and he was very mindful of this need. Regarding mobility and accessibility, Alpaca World is a great place but not necessarily for a visitor in a wheelchair or motorized chair. The hills are very steep. if you want to just see the alpacas, you can do so by staying at the entrance pen to the park. Nami Island is also a bit rough to navigate because of the non-paved pathways and some stone pavers. if you have mobility issues it is rough but not impossible. Overall, given this info, I would definitely recommend this private transfer and tour for people who want to explore on their own but also have a reliable driver. Just keep in mind that it may not meet your needs if you have major mobility issues.

Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που κάναμε ιδιωτική ξενάγηση και είμαστε τόσο χαρούμενοι που την κλείσαμε μέσω της Klook για το Alpaca World και το νησί Nami, σε απόσταση οδήγησης από το κέντρο της Σεούλ. Είμαστε ευγνώμονες που είχαμε ως ξεναγό και οδηγό μας την κυρία Hyein Park, η οποία ήταν τόσο φιλική, υπομονετική και επαγγελματίας. Νιώσαμε ασφαλείς πριν και κατά τη διάρκεια της ημερήσιας εκδρομής μας, κάτι που είναι πολύ σημαντικό, ειδικά για δύο γονείς που ταξιδεύουν με τον μικρό μας γιο. Όλοι μας απολαύσαμε τόσο πολύ τα ζώα και το τοπίο, με αναμνήσεις που θα κρατήσουν μια ζωή. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα, πέντε αστέρια! 🙏🏻⭐️

It’s our third day here in Korea, and we decided to book a private tour to Nami Island/Petite France & Italian Village/ Rail Bike/ Gapyeong Begonia Bird Park. At first, we were considering a group tour, but when I saw this option, I booked it right away—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions! Traveling on your own without knowing the exact routes and transportation can be stressful, but this private tour made everything easy and enjoyable. Our driver, Lanson (whom we fondly called “Mr. Handsome”), was not only very kind but also spoke excellent English. He’s a safe driver, a knowledgeable guide, and truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. He even recommended a fantastic chicken restaurant for lunch and patiently waited for us. If I could give 10 stars, I would give him 11! 🌟

We had an incredible experience on our tour to Nami Island, the rail bike, and Petit France, and we can’t thank our driver Seongyong enough for making it so memorable! He ensured we arrived early to avoid the crowds, which truly enhanced our enjoyment of each location. Seongyong was incredibly attentive and accommodating to our needs throughout the day. His passion for sharing the beauty of South Korea shone through, and we left with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the places we visited. had a fascinating experience with our driver..our trip falls on the 2nd day of heavy snow downfall and Alpaca world was cancelled due to safety reason but it was subtitute to another place where we can also feed the alpaca..and great lunch place!! recommended..

This is the most relax activity we had on the entire trip. Thanks to Kin who made sure that we were comfortable, on time, and that we will surely enjoy our trip. We left our hotel near COEX at 7:30 am, then went straight to the railbike tour. It was cold since it is autumn, but fun. Next stop was the alpaca village. The alapaca feeding was okay. It entails a lot of walking up on a hill. So I would not advise anyone to bring a wheelchair or a stroller. The feeding experience was average— nothing really special unless you love alapacas. The souvineer shop sells cute stuff and of good quality as well. We went for lunch at a Korean resto. i forgot the name— it was highly recommended by our guide. The chicken and pork was great! Tender and juicy. But best if you go early since their rice gets out of stock. Our last stip was Nami Island. It was full-packed when we got there. A picturesque place for fresh air, exercise, and unwinding. we left Nami Island at 5:35 and reached the main land back at 5:50 and finally reached our hotel at exactly 7:30PM. Lastly, I would like to emphasize that vehicle was far beyond my expectation— very clean! If anyone who would want to have a very relax trip, book this package! It is worth it.

our tour guide seoungyong was extremely nice and inbetween each activity he would give us insight and pointers . he got us to each location and was extremely flexible (we wanted to cut one location short and longer at another) we had a fantastic day. the day went smoothly because of our guide. without it it would have been difficult to do as much as we did. I highly recommend this tour.

Seongyong our driver and guide is very safe and punctual. recommends enough time to enjoy the alpaca opening show, Nami island which kids had a blast! recommended lunch place as well. thank you Klook as well!

We had a fabulous day with our guide Jack who took us to all the spots in the tour and patiently explained how to go around each sight . He picked us up promptly on time from our hotel as was our tour option. He recommended a great place to have local lunch and took us there. We felt safe and had a wonderful day tour. Though it was a long day, Jack was cheerful anf helpful all through. We 3 ladies enjoyed it very much. Thank you Jack.

Our driver Jeff was very friendly. The price is worth it because of the comfort of our tour, pickup and drop off was at the hotel and we didn't have to wait for anyone. At the last minute we decided not to take the railbike to spend more time at Nami island, which was a good decision. Jeff took take of all the tickets and admission and advised us on which specific sights are Garden of the Morning Calm we shouldn't miss. We had a long day but being able to sleep and leave our things at the car is so convenient.
