Ημερήσια Κρουαζιέρα Sea Octopus: Κόλπος Χα Λονγκ με Ti Top & Sung Sot

Μας άρεσε πολύ η κρουαζιέρα! Ήμουν με την ηλικιωμένη μητέρα μου και τη θεία μου. Διασκέδασαν τόσο πολύ με την κρουαζιέρα. Από το Ανόι στον κόλπο Χα Λονγκ ήταν περίπου 2 ώρες. Το βαν ήταν ευρύχωρο και ο οδηγός συνεπής. Παρεχόταν νερό καλωσορίσματος. Υ.Γ. δεν υπήρχε εμφιαλωμένο νερό μέσα στο κρουαζιερόπλοιο, οπότε έπρεπε να αγοράσετε κονσερβοποιημένο νερό εκεί. Ζεστό νερό παρέχεται δωρεάν όμως. Το πλήρωμα και οι οδηγοί είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Απαντούν σωστά στις ερωτήσεις και προσφέρουν διευκρινίσεις. Ειδικά ο David, ο οδηγός μας, και ένας άλλος οδηγός που συζήτησε μαζί μου κάποιες πληροφορίες για τη σπηλιά Hang Sung Sot. Το φαγητό ήταν εκπληκτικό. Κυριολεκτικά μπορούσες να φας όσο ήθελες. Λάτρεψα την τεράστια ποικιλία. Οι δραστηριότητες είναι καλές για 1 ημέρα. Όχι πραγματικά στριμωγμένες. Απλώς είχαμε πολλές σκάλες να ανεβούμε. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το γνωρίζετε αυτό αν έχετε ηλικιωμένους μαζί σας. Η συνολική εμπειρία είναι κάτι που πρέπει να δοκιμάσετε. ❤️

5 star luxury cruise indeed. Sea octopus is the only way to go. If you’re looking for a sign to book this cruise, this is it. 1. State of the art amenities 2. Excellent, fresh, delicious buffet 3. Accommodating and welcoming staff We were picked up from our hotel and brought all the way to halong bay. Sea octopus stood out because it was the only counter with a sign board. The moment we entered the port to the moment we left was just pure top notch service. Yen was one of those who assisted us and she was just amazing and wonderful, she went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. All the staff was just nice and friendly. They were extra sweet and accommodating. The salmon sashimi was the BEST I’ve ever tasted. The octopus was also very tasty. Overall the buffet lunch was excellent, nothing less of 5 stars. We had the canoe tour where someone rowed the boat for us but you can choose the kayak as well. We also explored a very nice cave. In the afternoon, there was a live singer. Overall this experience was just amazing. Thank you yen and sea octopus!

I was hesitant at first in choosing the SEA OCTOPUS since it is pricier than the others. But I was glad that I paid the premium. We were picked up by a limousine bus and the ride to Halong Bay was so comfortable. Stops were also made to buy some food and go to the comfort room. Halong Bay is beautiful and the boat is equally beautiful too. The lunch was quite a feast as well. Great selection and they served more than enough for all the guests

Pick up from hotel directly, very convenient! The tour is always very well organized and the cruise is great! Food is also great!

(Overall) The cruise was amazing. (Staff) The Vietamese staff were very hospitable and professional. They really took a good care of the guests. (Food) The Asian food selection was good. The number of guests should be controlled. I found this time the cruise was a bit too crowded. They don't allow the guests to bring bottle of water. The lunch is free but beverages are to be charged. (Transport) ***The shuttle van was comfortable. The driver is responsible. Our group arrived at the Hanoi Opera House at 5:50am, but the driver came around 6:40. (Almost 50 minutes late) There was no email to communicate with us and one of us sent email indicated in the Klook page, but there was no response (up until now). The number was also not reachable, we asked hotel concierge to contact one day before. We almost decided to come back to the hotel. Luckily we were patient enough to be there outside in the cold for 50 minutes. (In the image, I started to contact Klook via app and they came ) Setting up the better communication channels for your guests is highly recommended. (That's why I gave you 4 stars) This is a constructive feedback. All of us enjoyed your lovely service and just want you to become much better.

We had a great day with Sea Octopus. We enjoyed the excursions that were part of the day cruise. The cave was far one of the best I have ever been to!

A great day out, pickup was on time, a very good driver and super comfortable seats. The boat was of high quality and a great dining experience. To be able to sit on the window with great views of Ha Long Bay is not something we will forget. The staff were amazing and always made sure people were looked after. What a great day out and would recommend.

We arrived in HaLong Bay on a cruise ship. This tour was perfect because it departed from the international cruise terminal- right where our cruise arrived. The tour departed at 9am with a check in any time between 8-830am, returning at 4:15pm - leaving plenty of time to get back to our ship. The Sea Octopus was a beautiful vessel, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the magical views - including day beds and comfortable seating on deck. We were also assigned a table in the restaurant with beautiful views while we ate from the endless buffet - there is something for everyone to enjoy here! The Sung Sot cave was amazing and the gorgeous beach we visited was refreshing for a swim. The kayaking was a little rushed, but a memory we will treasure forever. Thank you Sea Octopus for an incredible journey through Halong Bay. We hope to be back again.
