Ολοήμερη εκδρομή για κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα ή κατάδυση στον Μεγάλο Κοραλλιογενή Ύφαλο από το Κερνς

Η πρώτη δοκιμή στην κατάδυση SCUBA μπορεί να είναι λίγο δύσκολη. Πρώτα, πρέπει να επιβεβαιώσετε τα ακόλουθα θέματα ασφαλείας: 1. Εκτός από αντισυλληπτικά και φάρμακα για τη ναυτία, λαμβάνετε άλλα φάρμακα; (Ορισμένα φάρμακα για χρόνιες παθήσεις ενδέχεται να απαιτούν ιατρική άδεια για κατάδυση) 2. Μετά από μία κατάδυση, πρέπει να περάσουν 18 ώρες πριν επιβιβαστείτε σε αεροπλάνο. Περιγραφή υπηρεσιών: 1. Το πρόγραμμα δεν περιλαμβάνει μεταφορά. Πρέπει να μεταβείτε μόνοι σας στο λιμάνι για check-in. 2. Συνιστάται η λήψη φαρμάκων για τη ναυτία. Εάν δεν έχετε μαζί σας, μπορείτε να τα αγοράσετε στο πλοίο. 3. Το πλοίο παρέχει απλό πρωινό και μεσημεριανό γεύμα. 4. Μπορείτε να νοικιάσετε στολή κατάδυσης. 5. Παρέχονται ατομικά βατραχοπέδιλα, μάσκα κατάδυσης και ντουλάπια αποθήκευσης, καθώς και κοινά σωσίβια (για κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα). Από την επιβίβαση μέχρι την αναχώρηση από το λιμάνι, θα συμπληρώσετε πρώτα μια δήλωση ασφαλείας και ένα ερωτηματολόγιο υγείας, και στη συνέχεια το προσωπικό θα σας παρουσιάσει τον εξοπλισμό κατάδυσης. Αφού αγκυροβολήσει το πλοίο, μπορείτε να κάνετε κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα και ελεύθερη κατάδυση στο πίσω μέρος του πλοίου, ενώ η κατάδυση SCUBA γίνεται σε ομάδες. Αυτό το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει δύο σημεία κατάδυσης. Η κατάδυση SCUBA θα ξεκινήσει με εξάσκηση στην πλευρά του πλοίου, και στη συνέχεια ο εκπαιδευτής θα σας καθοδηγήσει χέρι-χέρι σε βάθος περίπου 10 μέτρων ή και περισσότερο. Ωστόσο, στην πρώτη σας κατάδυση δεν θα σας επιτραπεί να φέρετε εξοπλισμό φωτογράφισης, καθώς ένας φωτογράφος κατάδυσης θα τραβήξει φωτογραφίες για όλους. The experience was great except for the bumpy ride to the reef. My sons didn’t get to dive due to their asthma but I want to acknowledge the crew who explained everything very well to them that it lessen their diappointment. Now they are looking forward to following the advise, so they can get back to the reef someday and dive. Thank you🤩

very professional team that make you feel safe all the time. Everything is very well organized, own locker, sitting place, and clear instructions throughout. Snoker in 2 different reef site, spotted 2 turtles, soft colourful corals and hard corals.

It was great, highly recommended. the staff were really helpful and supportive, my wife’s been always scared of swimming and they got one trained person to be with her the whole time snorkeling. I dived twice be aware there’s only one dive including in the package. The Great Barrier Reef is one of the most amazing things I’ve seen in my life.

We had a fantastic experience with the Down Under company! They were really well organized and it was obvious that each guests safety was their number one priority. they stuck well with the schedule, provided good quality gear, and a delicious lunch! The morning and afternoon snacks were a nice touch especially with them being unlimited. There was plenty for all.

one of the best experiences I've ever done in my life. the check in was super simple. they really take care of you. we did snorkling all day but you could up for an introduction scuba dive with no experience needed. but do make sure you do this 24h before your flight. safety was there number one priority and you get complimentary coffee and tea while you waited to get taken out to the reef. and lunch was also included which you will definitely appreciate after a couple of hours of snorkling. you can also opt for a helicopter tour at the second location and they also have a marine biologist that will do a private tour to teach you all about the reef. But honestly the spots they took us out to has so much marine life and you will not be dussapointed. I sure wasn't and I'm so happy I booked with these guys so I could tick off my bucket list. super super recommend and I will definitely book again with these guys.

We had a great time on our full day reef cruise. The entire crew was incredible. Absolutely all crew but especially the snorkel team/ guides. They were pulling people around the reef and keeping everyone safe. I cannot thank them enough for how amazing they made this experience for us. The weather wasn’t great, keep in mind it’s a rough trip out there on a windy day. We took sea sickness medication before the trip and had no worries. They sell it on board (definitely get it when they recommend it). They also offer prescription snorkel masks free of charge, the minimum prescription is 2.5. If you’re looking for an intimate/ smaller group, this tour isn’t for you. There’s lots of people at all different levels of swimming/ snorkelling. It’s managed well, though if you need a snorkel guide, be prepared to wait (they are worth it though). (Credit to the photographer for the beautiful underwater photos)

The entire experience, including both snorkeling and introductory dive was excellent. The crews on board were all very professional and friendly. Great weather, comfortable boat, and even better, beautiful corals at two reef locations of the Great Barrier Reef. Really enjoyed it and highly recommended it. Definitely hope to do it again next time!
