We travelled from Cubao to La Union for almost 5hrs and it was smooth and easy. Thanks to our driver that night. Also, the conductor was approachable and very helpful. Hmm, only the seat wasn't that much comfortable for us.

I booked a seat less than 24 hours before my desired trip’s schedule and my booking was confirmed in less than an hour. I had a couple of clarifications and their agents (both on Viber and email) were very responsive and helpful. On the day of my trip, the conductor of the bus called to inform that they were already on the way to the pick-up point. Once the other passengers and I were picked-up, we were brought to the Partas Bus Terminal in San Fernando to have our printed vouchers exchanged for the actual bus tickets. We didn’t need to leave our seats because the bus conductor facilitated everything. After that, it was a bery smooth ride from La Union to Cubao with 2 stopovers for quick snacks and health breaks. Btw, I was assigned to a seat without an entertainment system, but it’s not a big deal for me. I will definitely book again when my schedule permits me to go back to LU. The staff is accommodating I texted them and they immediately called me for an update. kudos as well to their bus that was very neat and comfortable I can sleep the whole time because it is spacious and soft. this is my 3rd time here!

Left around 9:15 AM at the Pasay terminal. Arrived after 2:00 PM at San Juan, La Union. Check in time is 8:00 AM, but I arrived around 8:30 AM. I initially was a little worried that I won't get a seat but that wasn't the case. I sat at the 3rd row (seat #12, if I recall correctly). There's one stopover at Sison, Pangasinan, we arrived around 12:00 PM there, which is a good time for lunch. Would continue using this as my transpo to LU..

I booked my Partas Bus ticket via Klook from Pasay (Manila) to San Juan, La Union, and overall it was a good experience. The online booking was easy and I didn’t have to line up at the terminal, which saved time. The bus left roughly on schedule and the journey was pretty comfortable with decent legroom and air-conditioning. Because of that I was able to rest well and enjoyed the morning beach walk.

Very fast and smooth processs. I just hate the fact that I have to print the voucher. But other than that it's super convenient for travellers who do not want to wait in line at Bus Terminals.
