we went to this hot springs resort for a day trip for 2 adults and 2 children and we were not disappointed . It exceeded the reviews I read in all areas - the hot springs have 9 pools , at least 8 heated by the mineral water and the size of them were amazing. the food was good and reasonably priced , the lockers were electronically unlocked by your bracelet , buying the tickets on the Klook app saved us money and there were wonderful views, waterslides, great service and the water felt really healthy and refreshing to swim in. it was not too busy, so we had plenty of space and food options. we were only planning to stay a few hours but spent the whole day there and sacrificed other tours just because we were enjoying it so much. Highly recommended for a day of relaxed swimming, eating and drinking and a few waterslides that were fun - if you are a tall adult it might pay to duck down for a few of them as they are pretty low to the metal support bars above . A great place with wonderful staff and service

Gila tempatnya bagus bgt. Tapi jauuuuuh bgt dr denpasar. Bisa 2 jam an. Tp worth it banget. Kolamnya kurang panas tp view nya ciamikkk. Hospitality kurang bagus. Kolam antara yg gold dan platinum dibedain. Kemarin beli gorengan not recommended karna ternyata uda dingin. Tp karna murah jd gpp. Harus deposit minimal 100K, sewa handuk 10K, sewa loker 20K yg nantinya dipotong dr deposit

most of it was great - bar food was reasonably priced & drinks were great. staff were very friendly. Even on a rainy day the pools were warm & super relaxing! few cons were the locker room shower had black mould on the ceiling & a could need some TLC but over all was a really nice day!

it was an ok experience. lucky us there weren’t many people so we had most of the area to ourselves. hot spring was hot and we enjoyed ourselves for an hour. nothing much and there were lots of flies, water was clean but slides were closed and dirty maybe closed for maintenance and staffs were friendly and helpful…

the workers are very accommodating.. they welcome you... thanks to klook I was able to buy it here on the day of my visit... it was cheaper than paying the entrance in the hotel. I don't have enough time so I wasn't able to experience the hot spring... the food is good one worker assisted me in taking my photos as I was traveling alone. I had a good time though

This place is a perfect place to wrap up our Bali trip. You will be amazed by the natural beauty of the volcano and its amazing rock formation on your way to Toya Devasya. The view is amazing while bathing in their warm pools. The food was an extra bonus.

Nice lunch they provided, great place to visit. Nice experience. The atmosphere and ambience good. I suggest to make the lunch cafe indoor because a lot of flies.

Went with kids in the afternoon . It was not much busy and view of lake and Mt Abang was picture perfect. They warned about flies in advance which was good and we were lucky that flies were there but not too many to cause any annoyance .Stayed there till 6pm and had Dinner at Infinity pool restaurant. ordered Veg Pizzas with drinks and it was quick service. Food was tasty and priced according to location but not too costly. Overall worth going with family for AUD25 per head. I wish they had Family package and had some shed for kids area during noon time.

was an awesome day. 300k rupiah at the door to get in for platinum so not much of a savings at all with Klook. I would rather give that money to the company than buy online. you are asked to put 100k rupiah on a wrist band. if you are wanting drinks I suggest you put more on. It's 25k for a juice and 115k for cocktail

超棒！客路的价格很实惠，给前台人员看凭证就可以了，自助餐不错，里面的消费也是非常合理，温泉无边泳池太漂亮了！可以悠悠闲闲的呆一下午～推荐！
