The experience and service overall was great! View is amazing, the team were professional and experienced and the landing was soooo smooth! ❤️ everything was perfect. enjoyed every single bit ❤️

I was picked-up at 3am at my hotel by our driver, Muhammad Nawaz. He was on time and bought us safely to the camp. He even offered to take photos of me in front of the hot air balloon. This was my first hot air balloon experience and I’m so happy that I did this in Dubai. Seeing the Dubai desert at sunrise and on a different perspective was magical. Luckily, we saw a herd of Arabian Oryx in the wild. I did this activity on my last day in Dubai. It was such an unforgettable experience and a great way to end my Dubai trip! 🥰🫶🎈

it’s an absolute blast from start to finish, we were picked up by Mr.Mohammad and coordinated by Mr Abdul and they took care of us untill we reached the hotel safe, all staff were lovely and very informative, I was a little nervous in doing this beforehand but I felt totally at ease when doing it and it's one of the best things l've done and one which was not on my bucket list. Capt Ahmed Basheer made sure our journey was smoother without any hurdle. All I say to people visiting Dubai kindly go with this crew you won't repent ...habibi !!!

From Booking to contact the activity agent everything went smooth. They contacted 1 day b4 the activity through WhatsApp, pickup was on time as communication earlier, gave all the instructions prior to the flight, saw the sunrise, sailing was smooth, however landing was rough, but followed the captain's instructions, no one was hurt. It was total fun. The whole activity takes around 4hrs from pickup from your hotel in Dubai to drop off.

Views are stunning, staff there is very nice, caring & cooperative, everything was fine, even Balloon Ride Captain was very humble, only thing is I personally feel that as per price of per person is high, I mean in this price we can easily for helicopter ride, Hot Air Balloon ride is slow & with limited desert view, Balloon ride was fantastic but yes as per slow ride with limited view, its price is high course

It was a beautiful experience. We were first briefed on the safety measures as well as the landing procedures. Slight hiccup during the takeoff but the captain and crews were very professional. Smooth flight throughout. We were given a flight certificate after landing.

最高の時間だった。朝早くて辛い部分はあったけど、それを掻き消す以上の素晴らしい景色だった。大変よい思い出になった。同じグループになったのは日本の方、韓国の方だったので、アジア圏でまとめてくれたのかもしれない。 ピックアップからずっと対応してくれたMoha mmedさんは、リーダーシップがあり、スムーズに物事を進め充実した時間にしてくれた。 写真を撮るにも大変慣れていて、準備中のバルーンでグループ写真を撮ったり、バルーンが出発する時の写真や動画を撮ったり、他のグループよりもサービスが大変良かった印象がある。 彼が撮った写真も即共有してくれ、帰りの車の中でも余韻に浸れる。彼のサービスは大変良かったのも印象的である。 初日の出をバルーンから見たが、本当に素晴らしかった。朝焼けに他のバルーンが映る景色も本当に本当に素晴らしかった。 1人参加で不安があったが、全くそんな事はなく、参加して本当に良かった。参加しようか迷ってる方が惜しまずに絶対参加すべきだと自信を持って言える程最高の時間だった。

need a jacket in Dec as it gets quite cold. no bags allowed and you need to leave them in the car. nice experience in the desert view with sunrise ~60mins. breakfast option was simple. driver can stop at petrol station if u want to buy breakfast. maybe it’s better without breakfast option
