We had a wonderful experience on this heritage tour. The itinerary included Leong San Tong Khoo Kongsi, Hock Teik Cheng Sin Temple, Pinang Peranakan Mansion, and Chew Jetty, giving us a great introduction to George Town's rich history and culture. Our guide, Teh, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about each site, especially the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, where we learned so much about the lifestyle and culture of wealthy Peranakan families during the late 1800s and early 1900s. His storytelling made the history come alive. He also went the extra mile by providing bottled water for everyone, and when it started raining, he immediately handed out umbrellas so we could continue the tour comfortably. If you're visiting Penang and want to gain a deeper appreciation of its heritage, I highly recommend this tour—and if you're lucky enough to have Teh as your guide, you're in for an informative and enjoyable experience.

Mr Eng was a great guide and gave detailed explanations. The itinerary was well planned as we arrived at the Pinang Peranakan Museum before the hordes of tourists. Mr Eng also gave us enough time to take pictures at each site. This is a great tour if you want to see the must-visit sites in half a day. Will recommend.

Great sharing by Guide Josh. He is very knowledgeable on the history of Penang and the places that we visited. He was also accommodative when we were asking to visit other historical sites which is not part of the itinerary. Very informative tour.👍🏻

Ήταν μια υπέροχη και αξέχαστη περιήγηση με τον κ. Danny, ο οποίος φρόντισε να επισκεφτούμε όλα τα μέρη του δρομολογίου και μάλιστα μας άφησε να βγάλουμε φωτογραφίες στα καλύτερα σημεία. Επειδή είχαμε ακόμα χρόνο, μας πρότεινε να επισκεφτούμε το ανάποδο σπίτι στην Πενάνγκ, κάτι που απολαύσαμε πολύ.

The guide was well versed with the place, and was patient and knowledgeable. Beautiful place, it is a UNESCO heritage site, must visit. It is filled with street art, so makes for great photo places.

Our guide Gshen was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was punctual and very informative. We really enjoyed our 4 hour tour around George Town and would highly recommend it to others so you really get to learn about this fascinating area of Penang city.

คุ้มค่ากับการท่องเที่ยว สถานที่เก่าแก่ยังคงรักษาไว้เป็นอย่างดี

The tour guide was not really a tour guide but simply a driver he provided little to no information on each stop, did not even provide a clear overview of the day. He had difficulties expressing himself in English and we struggled to understand his directions. Some of the stops were interesting. Others felt very strange like we were pushed to enter some stores without any kind of information from the guide whatsoever. That was strange. He also pointed pictures on walls but did not give us any time to take pictures of it. We had Grab drivers providing much more information and insights than we had on this tour.

페낭의 문화 역사를 느끼기기에 좋은 프로그램입니다. 우리가 하루전날 예약하긴 했지만 가이드분이 좀 아쉬움이 남네요. 발음과 빠른 설명, 질문을 해도 본인 설명만 하는 바람에 만나기로 한 곳에서 엇갈리는 등의 해프닝이 있었습니다. 그래도 친절하긴 했지만 비용 지불하고 날은 더우며 아이들까지 있어 좀 고생했네요.

Mr shen was very nice , punctual , very professional , explained everything and offered to take us pictures . We enjoyed our tour with him, and would highly recommend this tour to anyone who visits penang for the first time.
