Blue Mountains Special Full Day Tour With Return Harbour Cruise

Our tourguide Bruce was fantastic! He gave us a bit of history and trivias regarding the places we’d be visiting. The entrance fees for the zoo and scenic world are not included in the fee which was a good touch since some people don’t really want to participate in some of the activities. We had to hike up to some viewpoints so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothes! Bring a big bottle of water, you can leave it at the minibus. The ride was comfortable and taking this tour was definitely better than DIY-ing it. There are specific pickup points to choose from but the drop-off would be at the pier wherein they would give you $10 for a ferry ride to circular quay.

The tour was fantastic and kudos to our guide Bruce, he made the trip interesting because of the bits and pieces of information he shared all throughout the journey. Highly recommended if you want a tour that’s bang for the buck! The tour’s well-paced, we didn’t feel that we’re in a hurry. There’s enough time allotted to each spot. You’ll also enjoy a sunset view of the Harbor Bridge and Sydney Opera House at the end of the tour!

Our family had the most wonderful day exploring the Blue Mountains with Oz Trails, & we have to give a massive shout-out to our guide, Bruce. As parents of a 7-year-old with ADHD and autism, we were initially nervous about how a full-day group tour would go. Bruce was absolutely incredible. He showed patience, never rushing, & went out of his way to engage my son in the natural surroundings at his own pace. He made my child feel completely included & understood, turning what could have been a stressful day into a positive, memorable experience. Full disclosure: I do want to give a fair warning to other travelers: while the tour is fantastic, there are added costs for some opt-in activities. As clearly shown on the itinerary, entry to both the Sydney Zoo & Scenic World are not included in the base price. We had to pay extra. So budget accordingly—but it was definitely worth the extra cost! Overall, a full, beautifully organized day. Thank you, Bruce for your kindness & expertise.

I was thrilled to see the beauty of Blue Mountains that was covered by Oz Trails planned itinerary. I would like to give a big thumbs up to the guide (and also driver at the same time). He is too good to be a guide and highly recommended!

Ο ξεναγός είναι πολύ καλός. Ο ξεναγός μας, ο Λες, έχει πολλές ενδιαφέρουσες ιστορίες, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ότι τον χτύπησε κεραυνός. Εξήγησε πώς επιβιώνουν τα δέντρα σε διαφορετικές συνθήκες, για το πουλί λύρα, για όλες τις σημαντικές λεπτομέρειες του τουριστικού σημείου. Μόνο μία σύγχυση στην βόλτα με το πλοίο, μας έδωσε 10 δολάρια Αυστραλίας και χρησιμοποίησα την κάρτα μου για να κάνω tap on και tap off, και μου χρέωσε 24 δολάρια Αυστραλίας.

Really enjoyed the day trip out to Blue Mountain & Sydney Zoo! Our guides, Les & Andre briefed us on the locations history & biology! Was a great day out!

Les is a very cheerful and highly knowledgeable guide who clearly loves his job and genuinely prioritizes his customers’ experience. He shared many fun stories throughout the trip, and his knowledge of the Blue Mountains was truly impressive, there was hardly a question he couldn’t answer. The tour was very well organized: we managed to keep the schedule without ever feeling rushed, yet we still saw an incredible number of places during this approximately 10-hour day trip. His bus was clean and comfortable, and thanks to the discounted entry tickets he arranged, the tour actually ended up being more affordable than many other options. I highly recommend this tour and would like to thank Les for such a fantastic experience.

Trip to Blue Mountains is a great trip and views are tremendous. Our guide Bruce is fantastic, sharing lots of great facts and anecdotes about the places. The good option is that you can choose to participate in an activity ( at extra costs) or not, Staying at Leura for lunch is just too much time wasted as it becomes very busy with tourists and it is very small. Pity we had clouded day that made lots of haze on the top of the valley and grey surroundings. Also at the end of the trip guide found out that ticket machine for the boat back to the city were not working and everyone had to pay themselves with card ( we got a cash refund) but cash was useless for me as we are leaving tomorrow. Bruce should have taken all the guests just back to the city in the bus , just as we came instead. But trip is recommended

great experience altough we were cut short and didn't go to the grovetts leap. also sceneic world is not that good. but apart the host was really amazing though i forgot his name😅.

Les is the best! Seriously, the man is a tour guide, driver, historian, comedian, and apparently Mr. Lightning all rolled into one. 😂 He’s incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Definitely one of the highlights of the tour! Oh, and yeah… the tour itself was pretty great too! 😄 The Blue Mountains were absolutely spectacular and majestic, and we were lucky enough to have fantastic weather throughout the day. The views were definitely the star of the show. The two waterfalls—Katoomba Falls and Bridal Veil Falls—were a little underwhelming, though. Maybe the waterfalls were having an off day. 😂 Overall, it was a wonderful experience, made even better by an excellent guide and some truly breathtaking scenery. Would definitely recommend!
