Serenity Grandeur Ημερήσια Κρουαζιέρα: Κόλπος Lan Ha & Cat Ba

Great day tour, lots of activities but not too long. Beautiful boat. We are gluten free and had safe food options at the buffet. Our tour guide Billy was amazing and definitely went the extra mile, taking amazing photos of all the guests for us, as well as providing rain coats when we arrived back to a storm in Hanoi! I wish him all the best.

this cruise was the highlight of my trip to Northern Vietnam! The boat is very new and beautiful. Tuna was my guide and he mentioned it only started operating in July 2025 - so less than a year. the food was delicious, and the views of Lan Ha Bay was simply breathtaking. The cruise also included a brief stop at. Viet Hai Village which was quaint and peaceful. We stayed an hour there and was able to ride the bicycle around the town. We also had free time to kayak and swim in the bay. There were water slides, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool too. Overall I was very satisfied with the cruise and would highly recommend!

The best tour we have so far in Vietnam ! Literally. We had so much fun. The transfer looked complicated (bus-boat-bus-boat-cruise) but it was so smooth. We did not feel the hassle at all. Our tour guide l, Binh/Billy was the best. He share us the highlight of our trip with a little bit of history. It's interesting and engaging. We could feel how he's passionate and patience in guiding us. And fyi, He's single ;D lol. But yes, will sure recomend this tour to my friends. Thank you so much.

i have a very wonderful day with an excellent guide, name Son or Sony. he is very helpful, and his english is very good, also he guide us all the way from start to finish without any problem. the tour itself is very good and pleasant, the ride, the transfer, the cruise, all of it is perfect.

Η εμπειρία της κρουαζιέρας ήταν πολύ περισσότερα από όσα μπορούσε να περιγράψει το δρομολόγιο. Η ποιότητα των λεωφορείων για τη μεταφορά ήταν εξαιρετική, όπως και ο οικοδεσπότης μας για την ημέρα, ο BILLY. Λάτρεψα την αίσθηση του χιούμορ του. Η ίδια η κρουαζιέρα ήταν εκπληκτική. Ήταν αρκετά καινούργια, με άριστη καθαριότητα και όλες τις παροχές. Δεν είχε πολύ κόσμο και είχε ακριβώς τον σωστό αριθμό ατόμων για μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Οι άλλες εμπειρίες, όπως το καγιάκ, το κολύμπι και η ποδηλασία, ανέβασαν την εμπειρία πολλαπλά. Αν σχεδιάζετε μια επίσκεψη στο Ανόι, θα πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να εξετάσετε το ενδεχόμενο να κάνετε την ημερήσια εκδρομή στον κόλπο Lan Ha με την Serenity Cruises.

our tour guide was mr Billy he was super helpful made the experience so much better even cared for our vegetarian needs anyone who is looking for a tour must try lan ha bay with cat ba island, who ll be just super lucky if mr Billy is your tour guide.

Hands down the best cruise to book, very welcoming and on schedule. Mr Binh navigated us on tour smoothly at every checkpoint. The interiors of the cruise were 5 star, we were a vegetarian group of 4 adults, 3 kids and all of us enjoyed the buffet. Top notch hospitality on serenity grandeur.

Our guide, Ha, was very informative and friendly. We did all modes of transportation for this day tour. We rode a bus from Hanoi to Haiphong, and since it was low tide then, we got the chance to take the cable car going to Cat Ba Island. From Cat Ba Island, we rode another bus to the harbor. Then we rode a small boat from the harbor to take us to the cruise. The cruise was stunning and looks very brand new. Crew were very friendly. Cruising along Lan Ha Bay was breathtaking. Although the lunch was not buffet since we were only 35 pax, it was plated but still very good. After lunch, we rode the small boat again to take us to Viet Hai Village where we rode an electric car to take us to the village. We really enjoyed riding the bicycle within the village. It was so peaceful in the village. After that, we rode the small boat back to the cruise so start swimming/kayaking. Then we had afternoon tea with fruits and pastries. Great weather w/ sun but cool wind. Highly recommend doing this

Mr. Binh provided excellent assistance and thoroughly showcased the cultural history of cat ba. He transported us according to our package, ensuring on-time pickup and transfers. We had a great experience with him. He is both funny and knowledgeable about Vietnamese culture. I truly appreciate this kind of hospitality from Binh; it added to the grandeur of our journey.
