We really loved our first visit to Erb. the booking process was easy and the location was steps away from the Sheraton Orchid hotel. The facility was clean, beautiful and very upscale. we arrived and was greeted with a glass of ice cold delicious team and slippers. we picked our oil and had a couples room with soothing massage oil which we selected. The sports massage was very relaxing and complemented by soft music. We finished with a cup of delicious tea and a few snacks. if your looking for a high end spa experience, I would recommend Erb!!

I had the 60min aromatherapy massage and it was fabulous. The oil used was very fragrant. Therapist used long strokes. It's a relaxing treatment, so not so suitable if you are looking for something to get the knots out.

The massage itself was great. However, I need to caution everyone to not only send an e-mail bit also call the branch and confirm the appointment with someone. I had previously sent them an e-mail and a follow-up e-mail to my appointment time and date. I got no response. When I showed up there was no one at the reception. After a while a younger woman showed up who did not speak English. I gestured to Klook and tried to make her understand that I had an appointment. She was very insecure and unsure about the situation. After about 5-10min the receptionist showed up and I again explained the situation to her. She simply stated that they were fully booked and that the e-mail was not working. After a bit of back and forth she offered to still let me have my facial on the booked time slot (shortly before closing time). Although, the initial booking process was not great, the service was very nice. I am unsure if I would be back though.
