Κρουαζιέρα Le Journey Elegance 2D1N: Περιήγηση στον κόλπο Ha Long & στον κόλπο Lan Ha

Εξαιρετική οργάνωση από την παραλαβή μέχρι την αποβίβαση. Πήγαμε στην κρουαζιέρα Le Journey Elegance με τον κύριο Tonny ως υπεύθυνο πληρώματος. Καλοδιατηρημένο κρουαζιερόπλοιο και εξαιρετική φιλοξενία και δρομολόγιο. Το φαγητό ήταν υπέροχο. Απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τη διαμονή μας 2 διανυκτερεύσεων και 1 ημέρας. Πρέπει να το επισκεφτείτε.

Had a wonderful experience with Le Journey Elegance Cruise. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured a pleasant stay throughout the trip. The cruise was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was not that delicious for vegetarians they didn't have good varieties at all and the overall service was impressive.

There were several positives along with a few negatives. The highlight of the cruise was the manager, Tony. He was very friendly and accommodating from the port pickup until the end of the journey. Some other crew members were also hospitable, though the service did not fully match a 5-star hotel, possibly due to language barriers as we often had to use a translator. The food was good with decent variety across all four meals, and they were flexible with dietary preferences. The itinerary was followed perfectly, and the room was spacious and matched the photos. Special kudos for bday setup and cake. On the downside, the hotel pickup arranged through an external company was unpleasant as the guy was quite rude when we were about 10 minutes late and just told he would leave. There were also minor issues like the jacuzzi initially released dirty water. High tea was basic, with just fruits, chips, and coffee. Overall, it was an experience but don’t expect true 5-star service for the price.

Andrew, Tony, Roxane and Thieu – thank you for making our Le Journey Elegance Cruise experience so memorable. Roxane was incredibly helpful with all pre-cruise arrangements and food preferences. Thieu ensured a smooth and hassle-free pickup process. Tony was an excellent guide, coordinating activities and taking great care of us throughout the journey. Andrew made sure we enjoyed exceptional food and attentive service on board—the meals were truly one of the highlights of the cruise. A heartfelt thank you to the entire crew for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

David (crew member) was very friendly with patience ,my wife was allergic to many foods he took care of it and served her the best foods which she could eat. All the crew was good, but always his smiling face with patience even though he was tired at the end of the day was very impressive. I really wish him to reach heights in his career for his service towards the guests...😍🤗

謝謝辛苦的工作人員，讓我們從上船的那一刻起就感受到他們的友善及溫暖，尤其是Hari,總是會主動地關心著我們（我們有帶小朋友），總是第一時間提供最棒的協助！從房間到整個行程感受都非常得好，有機會的話我會再來！我最喜歡的部分是浴缸和陽台，可以邊放鬆享受自己的時間邊欣賞著蘭哈灣！

It’s very nice trip. The food is so good. And the staff is very nice. I will come back again.

Andrew was the highlight of my experience. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my friend had a perfect stay! The cruise was great, we got to see the sights and the staff took great care of us.

I was resting with my parents. I liked it very much. Rooms are clean and large, cruise team nice and kind. Very tasty feed and many. We advise this cruise. Mr Win is very nice, we recommend!

Peter and Huy was really funny, ut was really nice to meeting them.
